Default Summon Limit

According to the Summon Limit rulings,
Quote:
Summons performed before "Summon Limit" resolves are applied to the limit of 2 per turn.
Opponent summons Rescue Rabbit, activates effect banishing Rabbit, I chain Summon Limit. What happens to their Kabazauls/Sabersaurus?

Summon Limit says they can summon two "times", not two "monsters". The monsters will be summoned normally, but they cannot Xyz Summon with them that turn.

Would that mean the 2 Kabazauls equals 1 summon?

Correct. Rekindling would also be one summon, for added perspective.

Yes. It's one instance of Summoning.

So Rekindling would be 1 draw for Maxx "C" as well?
