Eradicator epidemic virus vs. starlight road
Judging by related rulings, if the only traps I have are facedown/on my hand, I cannot activate road,
however, if i have a face up continious trap, and my opponent activates EEV, can i chain Road?

You would need at least 2 Trap Cards already face-up (assuming Traps were declared).
