The Side Deck thread.

I'm trying to make a big list of what cards you side in against deck x when playing deck x. Alot of people, myself included, look at the side decks of some player and can't figure out what specifically to side in. Some are obvious like Shadow-Imprisoning Mirror against Inzectors and Maxx "C" against Wind-Ups but there are others. Please post and please don't spam or flame. Constructive arguments only.

We are now working on Chain Burn and Final Countdown. After the poll ends, we will move to either Gadgets or Lavals. Once we have a good section for all of that, we will do a section on the other choice (lavals or gadgets) and Gishki. By then a new format will have started and we'll see what happens there.

Explain Cyber Dragon for Wind-Ups please? Also Black Horn makes little sense though I bet it has to do with stopping the Zemaines plays.

well black horn would stop the initial xyz summon that makes the loop go off, and Cyber Dragon makes chimeratech with any left over machine monster they have left on the field.

Yes if you get looped and lose game one you(well i) would side in 1 Cyber Dragon,2 Tkings,1 black horn,2-3 Maxx "C" If you go and summon tking and set blackhorn and judgment, you stop the searches and wind-ups have no beaters, and you can stop heavy/darkhole and if they mange to get over tking, black horn stops zenmaity in its tracks, then if they end with a machine you have the cyber to contact with it.

well that's a pretty specific hand..Pretty sure you aren't going to draw all of that too often

Special summon Cyber Dragon. Contact fuse all face up machine type monsters (Including Zenmaines), special summon Chimeratech Fortress Dragon.
