I can make it worse: add the winged beast earthbound gods so you can NAT the White Dragon Ninja or use WDN alongside them because she protects field cards too!!
On a serious note, I was looking over some old cards and found Big Bang Shot among them and was like: oh yeah... this works with Mist Valley Falcon for reusable removal...

LOL my old build is still in the guide Terror, remove it please, its really ****ty outside of DN. Got back to ygo for the summer since im at my grandmas and all my old friends here still play, so I though of the best fun, competitive, versatile and trollish deck - Ninjas.
New build is something like this:
3 Hanzo
3 Gold Ninja
1 Sazank
1 WDN
1 BLS
1 Sangan - probly gonna take it out
2 Expolder Dragon
3 Guaiba
2 Snowman - cause I can but will probly take it out or at least one, im also considering Spirit Reaper
3 PoD
2 MST - considering moving one to the side, since you dont really need this right know, especially with this build at more than 1,
1 Reborn
1 Dark Hole
1 ROTA
1 Book of Moon
might be missing something here, but its not Planters
2 Warning
1 Solemn
3 Fiendish Chain
3 Super Trans
1 Bottomless
1 Torrential - not sure about it
2 Starlight - this or Bribe?
Possible changes to monster - maybe Ill add 1 IPT Dragon, maybe I should sideboard the Snowmans. Exploders are not going away though. Possible changes to Spells - non atm, except the 1 MST I mentioned. For Traps Im thinking tech 1 Vanity's Emptiness maybe and/or 1 tech Safe Zone? Definitely having problems with Chaos Dragons so a 2nd Bottomless main board seems good. Torrential has to go for the BTH I think. I might also swap Starlights for Bribes, I think it would be much better.

-1 Apex Avian (you only need one since you can summon it from the hand with NAT and only need one on the field)
-1 Snowman Eater (more of a side deck card)
-1 Maxx "C" (again side deck)
+1 Dark Simorgh (you can summon it by its own effect or with NAT, gets you more options and control)
+1 Pot of Duality (consistency is critical in Apex Ninjas)
+1 Divine Wind of Mist Valley (this is either a three or zero card for the deck, two just makes it inconsistent)
Also for your traps you should run 2x Solemn Warning instead of one for it to be effective, and another Call Of The Haunted, since it is easy to abuse with Falcon. I would drop the BTH and TT for one of each of the aforementioned cards.
I've never played TGU in Apex Ninja's, but I don't see any reason for it not to work.

Haven't played any Ninja builds before, and unfortunately haven't gotten the chance to test this build yet. Anything I can do to fix this up? Threw it together pretty quickly, so I'm sure there's flaws.

Edit: SLRs unneeded?

My own build:
White Dragon Ninja (2)
Earth Armor Ninja (2)
Ninja Grandmaster Hanzo (3)
Flame Armor Ninja (3)
Upstart Golden Ninja (3)
Ninja Grandmaster Sasuke (2)
Masked Ninja Ebisu (2)
Strike Ninja (2)*
Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning (1)*
Armor Ninjitsu Art of Alchemy (2)
Dark Hole (1)
Heavy Storm (1)
Reinforcement of the Army (1)
Armor Ninjitsu Art of Rust Mist (3)
Ninjitsu Art of Super-Transformation (2)
Dark Bribe (2)
Solemn Judgment (1 - Someday this'll be a Fiendish Chain)
Dust Tornado (2)
Mirror Force (1)
Sakuretsu Armor (1 - Someday this'll be a Dimensional Prison or Fiendish Chain)
Compulsory Evacuation Device (2)
Scrap-Iron Scarecrow (1)
EXTRA:
Blade Armor Ninja (3)
Number 12: Crimson Shadow Armor Ninja (2)
Number 39: Utopia (1)
------
I've been trying to run a 'pure' Ninja Deck in order to further capitalize on the Ninjitsu Art cards, especially Rust Mist. I think they're really underrated cards overall. It's trap-heavy mainly to profiteer off of Upstart's effect; with this Deck I can overlay as soon as turn one, and quite often I'll go through all of my Blade Armor Ninjas in a Duel.
I think Ebisu is underrated as well. I will almost always send something back to the hand when I bring him out, and my enemies often make him a priority target, so I must be doing something right. It's quite pleasing to combo Upstart into Ebisu face-up, send away pesky backrow and then Blade-Heart with impunity. Otherwise I can combo into Hanzo and add Earth Armor or Flame Armor into my hand.
I will strive to have at least one face-up Ninja + one hiding Ninjitsu Art on the Field, and Flame/Earth Armor in my hand for a strong plan B; when my Field is cleared, I can bring out Crimson Shadow and attempt a comeback.
I have a couple of options dealing with stronger mons. If I cannot Super-Transformation my enemy away, I might have a Rust Mist in hiding. My only major problem with this Deck is countering strong XYZ Monsters and others that arrive while I don't have Rust Mist. I have put in Compulsory to mitigate that problem, but I also plan on adding two or three Karakuri Ninja mdl 339 "Sazank" to my Deck, which I think will round out my defenses nicely.
*Finally, I want to replace Strike Ninja and BLS. I know, crazy idea, but I feel it would be a step in the right direction. My Deck is far from Chaos-oriented with only about 5 DARK Mons, two of which are nigh-useless, and when I Destiny Draw BLS, even he is often not enough to save me....And to be honest I don't feel like he has a lot of legal play time left anyway.
The other main problem with I feel I just have to deal with is when White Dragon Ninja enters my hand and becomes dead. Luckily I can spend the Super-Transformation Traps on Upstart instead if both my dragons are gone...I am currently also looking to add Tiras, Adreus, and Utopia Ray to my Extra Deck....Soo, any suggestions?

I think Deck Crafter had a better idea @Oblivinator. That is, rather than running 3 Divine Winds, one can run 2 and a Terraforming.

Here's a little something that I tried out.
I'm biased toward using as much of an Archetype as I can, so it's an almost-pure Ninja build. Haven't tested it too much yet.
I used InterplanetaryPurplyThornyDragon over White Dragon because he is far less dead in the hand, and I put a single Super-Transformation in. I think one or two Duplication would work, but I'm a little iffy about the Trap right now.

People do know of one, yet the problem is that the deck is pretty much impractical compared to Guaiba or Mist Valley variants. But, for the most part you would be usually using:
Silver Senior Ninja - multiple copies and not necessarily always maxed out.
Ninja Grandmaster Hanzo - 3x
Karakuri Ninja mdl 339 "Sazank" - multiple copies and not necessarily always maxed out.
Crimson Ninja - Usually a single copy or two at most or none at all.
Heat Wave - 3x
Pot of Duality - 3x
Ninjitsu Art of ? - Depends as you would have to decide for yourself on what works best for you.
Of course, you would be using the usual staples like Storm, Veiler, etc. Some people may use Morphing Jar #2 as effective removal and another alt-win condition. Some might actually opt to use Vanilla beaters that they can summon under Heat Wave and beat face. Some might try to go anti-meta with things like Fossil Dyna. For the most part, you can customize the deck however you want as for what works best for you.

So everybody is making the deck in a way that it insta-loses to a well timed Effect Veiler? I think this deck could do way more than that

Bah. I can't be ****ed to test out whether going 3 Field Spell is better than going 2 Field Spell and Terraforming since I don't play Apex anymore.
I do know off hand that if you do the latter and draw into two Field Spells then you have a dead Terraforming in your deck.

Well then I suppose you'll have to weigh the idea of deck thinning against that of a dead draw to decide what works best.
Also, stick around and maybe soak up some of Dolkka's divine genius.

I don't run this deck, I was hoping to and came to this thread just to see what people with experience were running, and I see all these Upstart Golden Ninjas and Summoner Monks being played. This is like, the absolute worst format to run those cards in. I'm also seeing decks run crazy trap counts - like they aren't even trying to get around sided decrees (something you're going to see a lot against Chaos Dragons and a bunch of decks now that people are siding for Final Countdown).
Additional Comment:
Like the Divine Wind version actually seems like it could be really good.
