For your fairy deck I got one word for you: Divine Wrath... okay that's two but it's one card.

With only Fairy Monster you'll probably run into LOTS of trouble with Tribe Infecting Virus...trust me... it sucks >< (I had FOUR MONSTERS on the field! And they... all..went...bye bye...with just...two...cards...WAAAAH! IT'S NOT FAIR!)

That's all I can really think of right now... I don't have experiences with Mokey Mokey decks.

I see that you like Waboku a lot. I suggest more monster removal instead, or better yet, in addition. (Bottomless Trap Hole, Sakuretsu Armor, Smashing Ground etc.)

The fairy deck needs to be fairies. It wouldn't be one otherwise. If you can fit in a Divine Wrath, that should solve some problems.

magnumcyclonex- Well, it's just that the Wabokus have been helpful to me in the past. I have been considering replacing them in the Fairy Deck, since Sanctuary does provide quite a bit of defense.
