I already have a Charge of the Light Brigade, but otherwise, I dropped one REDMD and one Darkflare for two Card Troopers. Love those guys, plus they can help plus off potential Torrential plays.

solar recharge is a must. somepeople find it inconsistent but its not the lightsworn version. if u want lots of sworns then use recharge

im running 2 recharge and 2 Dark World Dealings which seems to work ok...

Solar recharge speeds up the deck so much it's insane. I instantly noticed an improvement after trying it out when Peter won Toulouse.

Lance is great. Tried it out and it was great against bottomless/ torrential. Especially when they bottomless pulsar and I chain lance, then ram a 1700 pulsar into something, summon redmd from the grave and revive pulsar again. Also stops grapha from being too big to get over.

What plays does this deck make against TG Stun? Them Skill Drains really hurt REDMDs, Lylas, and CS/DAD/BLS...

DN has been giving me nightmarish 2-3 S/T mills with Ryko/Lyla/Charge/Recharge, no MSTs, and weakness to four set backrows. RGN hurts.

I am looking at everyone's builds and I am kind of perplexed at why no one is running Tefnuit in their main decks. He is a Level 6 Cyber Dragon who can lead to quick Rank 6 Xyzs such as Atum, Photon Streak Bounzer, and Inzecter Exabeetle. Which are all great Xyzs in and of themselves and allows the use of Gaia Dragoon the Thunder Changer who is a revivable piercer. Tefnuit can also make those dead REDMD's in you hand live if you have no monsters on your field and is light for all of that sweet goodness that comes with it. So can someone explain to me why they choose not to play it? And it not being out in the TCG is no longer an excuse as the sneak was just last weekend.

the simple answer would be it just came out last weekend.... as you just said, so not everyone has tried it yet, hence not in their decklist.

another reason i can think of is that in a twilight build there's already so many light that, we need darks, if Tefnuit was a dark that'll be different, but in a light filled deck he just doesn't have a spot. I would replace a darkflare with him but that'll lower the dark monster count.

What do you mean? The general consensus on the Dark monsters is around 3 Tour Guide, 1 Sangan, 1 Gorz, 1-3 Darkflare, 1-2 Tragoedia, 1-2 Chaos Sorcerer, 2-3 REDMD and 0-1 DAD. That is around 10-16 Darks right there and that is without taking into account other personal tech choices a person may run. How do we need Darks? The Extra Deck is also to be accounted for when utilizing a deck such as this, depending on your ability to toolbox your Extra Deck.

I would subtrack those 3 tour guides cause not all of us have that money and with that you might take out Sangan too. So thats more of 6-12 darks which is a bit more uncomfortable.

Why would you take Sangan out? He searches out Ryko, Veiler, Card Trooper, Maxx"C", and Tour Guide if you happen to afford it.

I personally don't but I've seen people do it for space, it was more of a hypothetical than a "heres what I do"

Ehren is just a tech choice and it's not really needed.

@reiver is divine dragon acopralypse worth it. I guess for ur deck you run the 3 redmd so it's pretty good and it's budget too.

the only combo with it, i can think of it is normal summon it and trade light pulsar or something for redmd. remove it to summon redmd and then summon pulsar with effect.

darkflare has similar concept. discard either wyvern or pulsar send other to grave to banish redmd, then banish wyvern to get banished redmd to hand. remove darkflare to summon redmd and summon light pulsar milled in grave. Then normal summon.

essential both are 2 cards on hand for 2 cards on field. but for darkflare u can normal summon tgu or tkro or lyla.

i don't know wheter I should use that card. seems interesting option to spam more redmd and pulsars.

I love Divine Dragon Apocralyph, but it's not neccessary at all. But it does give you the option to spam REDMD.

Still this is the forum to go to for crazy ideas that could be bad, I figured I'd post my crazy idea in here. Has anyone tohught of throwing a small Ninja engine into a Chaos Sworn build. Something like 3 Hanzo, 2 NAST, and maybe a RotA. Just a idea for monster removal while bringing out a big Dragon for pluses.

I think this OP is outed. Every deck that has topped in the last 3 months has ran 3 copies of Lightpulsar Dragon and thats become the norm. Darkflare is down to 1-2. Yet the OP says run 1 Lightpulsar and run 3 Darkflare. I would say that needs an immediate reevaluation.
