This is a deck of outs. The idea is to play a waiting game of sorts while ramping land, thwarting big plays, and setting up a gigantic mana pool. I win via an explosive Rude Awakening play, comboing it with Earth Surge, Overrun, and Garruk to make all my land into 10/10 Trampling land and swing for game. Normally I'll try to use Evacuation, Damnation, or Oblivion Stone before exploding with a damage output thats anywhere from 16 to 330.

Right when I saw Damia, Sage of Stone I was thinking Library Of Alexandria would be stupid good with her but it's banned so you could run Magus of the Library instead. With Damia making sure your hand size stays at 7 cards the Magus will prove to be beneficial for you.

While drawing cards with Damia, Jace's Erasure is nice milling. Psychosis Crawler also makes for a great pinger as well as a beatstick possibly, and Archmage Ascension allows you to search for just about anything out of your library from all the card draw from Damia. Maybe throw in some Transmute cards from Ravnica block for Blue and Black as well.

Diabolic tutor has always been Meh to me. If you can fuel it a.gem of mine is Night Dealings. It has a startup cost and you have.to hit.them but its a.recurable tutor.

If you're gonna spend all that mana on Night Dealings (and not be able to use it unless you're dealing combat damage), I'd rather use Planar Portal.

Defense of the heart is an adequate "budget" alternative but I dunno if it'd be any easier to find.

You could do mikaleus and triskellion instant kill if you had one in the deck if you so desired.

A cool way to ramp is to cast Scouting Trek and then Treasure Hunt. Once you draw all your lands, use Manabond to drop all your lands. With an empty hand, you get to draw 7 cards next turn.

Here's a fun and nasty combo you could run with Damia, Sage of Stone.

Forced Fruition with Underworld Dreams or Megrim, every time your opponent's casts a spell they lose 7 life. Pretty broken eh?

i just got a chance to test yesterday by turn 10 i had wiped the board 3 times and then i dropped a bomb with 7/7 tamp land. there were 5 players and i was able to drop 24 lands thanks to everyone but me playing Rites of Flourishing i opened the turn with Damnation and used earth surge+ Overrun+ Rude Awakening then sent 6 land at everyone for 42 damage each thgen everyone called me a ****
