Prime has been putting in alot of hard work, There are a few Chain Burn players at my Locals so he has helped me truimph over them. As well as that he keeps Dark Hole/Torrential Tribute at bay. and can help me get Draguns Materials to graveyard.

I don't have any Maxx C and if I did I would Side them I think that if you run too many hand traps you could regret it. The Amount of players that have ended up losing due to drawing a Veiler when that won't save them or Maxx C after all Special Summon shenanigans are done.

Side Board looks like this.

2 Mystical Space Typhoon
2 Koa'ki Meiru Drago
2 Masked Dragon
2 D.D. Crow
1 Solemn Judgment
2 Solemn Warning
2 Torrential Tribute
2 Compulsory Evacuation Device

Pretty Much shut down the traps duel one then when they side in Stuff to deal with Decree I side in my Traps game two.

Extra Deck thus far is

1 Five Headed Dragon
3 King Dragun
2 Utopia
1 Leviair
1 Mist Wurm
1 Scrap Dragon
1 Stardust Dragon
1 Black Rose Dragon
1 Ancient Fairy Dragon
1 Brionac
1 Catastor.

Wish I could run Dragun iRL. It's strange that whenever I try to run Dragun on DN, I always get screwed up. Maybe I'm just unlucky. Or DN hates me.

I stumbled across the TCG product page for Galactic Overlord And there appears a few exclusives for Dragons.

The first one is "Hieratic Seal of the Dragon King" which is a Gemini monster that helps the Hieratic archtype in Exceed summoning "Hieratic Dragon King of Atum". Not that they need it.

The second one is "Draconnection" and it makes every single Dragon monster searchable.
The price is that you have to shuffle a different Dragon from your hand that has the same level as the Dragon you search for.
Example: You can shuffle Strong Wind Dragon into the deck and bring Prime Material Dragon to your hand.

It's a -1 so I don't think it will be used that widely.

Oh, my dear dragon, it is too late to take such drastic actions.

They are drenched in fear; their dreams perish.
Open their white gates, storm their sanctuary and burn it to ashes.

Our time may be limited, but we shall never be begotten.

Rise and lead the charge.

Some of the "Hieratic" renames are horrible. TCG name of their mega shine ball is downright hilarious. And quite a mouthful too. Same guy who named Derp dragon maybe? XD

Some, I actually like or feel indifferent about. I like the name "Hieratic" in general.

A ghost gold rare blue eyes would be amazing. I hope it is the art from the origional kaiba deck, tho it most likely will not be.

Oh god Lightray Grepher x_x

another card also Tardy Orc looks like its going to be more support for Guide and Bus.

I do like the name Hieratic.

I shall be buying alot of this wonderful set

because it has lots of amazing Dragons in it.

Also I can't be certain but is that Dark Armed on Draconnection?

Yes. At least, I think it is.

GAOV is definitely a good set for us dragon players. More collectibles, more usable/splashable cards to play around with. You aren't the only one who's thinking of buying a lot

I hate Hieratics so much right now. And I'm vexed
by konami's deliberatelyt rying to boost them.

Sigh. Now everyone is going to use dragons in
disgusting ways, ruining their name and making
me feel dirty by association.

And Draconnection seems to be the only card in GAOV that can
go in real dragon decks. I'm saddened that people will say things
like GAOV is be a good set for dragon players. It really isn't.

What are you talking about, Tefnut gives the deck a special summonable monster that is searchable and a Xyz that allows us to special summon ANY Dragon from our Main deck. If that isn't amazing support, you are obviously just blinded by your own hatred for the archetype. Here's an idea, why not try and implicate some of their cards to help further your cause? Now there you go, you won't be running that deck's strategy, while at the same time improving your own. The fact of the matter is that this pack IS a great set for Dragons and that is all that there is too it.

Tefnut and Geib are actually splashable in a sense. Especially Geib, when you incorporate it with Alexandrite Dragon.

Worry not Moxtbeli. We won't say anything of the sort.

We will just say GAOV is a good set for dragon players. None of that engrish stuff, never fear.

Lol, it is a good set for Dragon Players. And so what if this Archtype makes people pick up Dragons. It was the same way when Dragunity came out, and the same when Chaos Dragons appeared. Once the hype goes down and the Banlist chops their nuts off, we the true Dragon Duelists will still be here doing what we do best.

Additional Comment:

See here is a Red-Eyes Deck I made incorperating the Hieroglyph monsters. So really the skys the limit with these guys.

Monster
Alexandrite Dragon x2
Luster Dragon #2
Red-Eyes B. Dragon x2
Wattdragon
Delta Flyer x2
Hieroglyph Dragon - Dragon Geib x3
Hieroglyph Dragon - Shiyu Dragon x2
Hieroglyph Dragon - Tfeni Dragon x3
Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon
Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon x3

Spell
Dark Hole
Heavy Storm
Hieroglyph Seal of Gathering x3
Inferno Fire Blast x3
Magical Mallet
Monster Reborn
Mystical Space Typhoon x3

Trap
Hieroglyph Seal of Reflection x2
Mirror Force
Solemn Judgment
Solemn Warning x2
Torrential Tribute

Extra Deck
Ally of Justice Catastor
Black Rose Dragon
Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier
Dark End Dragon
Scrap Dragon
Stardust Dragon
Hieroglyph Dragon King - Atumus x3
Lavalval Chain
Number 11: Big Eye
Number 39: Utopia
Thunderclap Knight - Gaia Dragoon x3

Lol, triple Inferno Fire Blast XD Ignores the fact that Black Dragon's current atk/def are 0, hahaha.

I say drop the 2 Luster 2s and add 1 more Shu. I still say you should run FF, if only for the fact that you can rid your main deck of those troublesome high-level normals, minimizing or eradicating the chances of drawing into them. Seikoku can summon the normals from the grave anyway, so I think it wouldn't matter much.

This deck could be revised though once the Seikoku's TCG exclusive's effects are revealed.

If I dropped the Luster #2 then I'd only be running 1 Level 6 Normal Monster. I'm not running 2. Unless you mean to drop 1 of the Delta Flyer

Pretty sure all you need is 1 lv6 normal, provided you have 3 Shus to work with said normal. If you really must have more than 1, at least make it 2 Wattdragons instead of 1 Wattdragon and 2 Luster 2s.
