Eh... this is more Hero Beat than T.G. Stun. Beast King is really good with Skill Drain and Forbidden Chalice, but can double as a beater. Photon Sabre Tiger is pushing it. I'd rather use the Normal Summons on a Neos Alius or Stratos. Thanks for the interest though

Id drop Hero Blast down 1, and max on the Skill Drain.

For side options you can side into bubble hero beat, maining on fusions.

3 Skill Drain is kinda cloggy. I've only been testing on DN, but 2 seems like the magic number. Duels with this deck can go for a while, and I really don't want to draw a dead Skill Drain later in the game.

-1 Forbidden Chalice
-1 Mystical Space Typhoon

+1 Future Fusion
+1 Miracle Fusion

Future Fusion greatly adds to the consistency of your miracle fusions and hero blasts, plus it helps thin out the deck to draw into answers faster.

-2 Photon Thrasher
+2 Cyber Dragon

+1 Future Fusion
-1 Forbidden Chalice

That's what I'd do... Looks more consistent to me. But maybe not.
