Play it in Gishki. Make Gustaph Max with only 1 Zeal Gigas and that leftover Abyss you have on the field that does nothing.

NeoGEPD is Rank 8 though, not 10. <_<
We don't know if Galaxy Destroyer is even good, but yeah, Gishki with this card can easily make it.

Yubel or Metal Reflect Slime just an easy Level 10 to summon. Special Summon 3 monsters let say IRS or Tri-Wright for example. Play Galaxy Queen's Light to make all the monsters Level 10. Xyz into two

Blast the opponent for 4000 damage.
Beast King Barbados for Level 8.
Drop a Level 10 and Level Eater it down to where you want. If you go to Level 7 then you can Xyz for 2 Rank 7 like Number 11: Big Eye.
Fortune Lady could try it for the one turn immense ATK boost.
Make some Tokens Level 8+ and use them for Advance Draw fodder.

Venus => Balls, Hyperion, Galaxy's Light would give you two Rank 8s. And with Trag, Gorz, etc., it opens up the possibility of other ranks.

Emergency Teleport is at 2. So this means ET then IRS for 3 monsters on your field.
Exodius the Ultimate Forbidden Lord is also Level 10.
Malefic monsters also.
Koitsu is also a Level 10 that can be fetched by Mother Grizzly and Salvage.
Two Super Dreadnought Cannon Express Gustaph Max will be so easy now. We'll literally be playing a 4000 LP format.

Summon Metaion, Ronin Toad x 3. Galaxy Queens Light.
Summon Treeborn, Ronin Toad x3 summon Fog King. Galaxy Queens Light.
Alternatively to that, Treeborn, Ronin Toad x 3, tribute a Ronin for Fog King. Then revive Ronin. Then Starlight Starbright.
There a toy for frogs if they feel like trying that.

This has some serious abuse potential for a lot of decks.
I mean this card single handedly pulls out a major boost for even seriously sub standard decks like Neo Spacians. Swarm the field with the critters (easy enough) then oversoul to bring neos and use this to turn your -other- critters into Big Eye.
That's over 5K rather easily (depending on the monster you steal).
Still makes the deck no where near competitive, but any deck with easy swarms could become a problem. Especially since high ranked xyzs are going to get even more bothersome.
