Just a quick nitpick: you have 11 traps, so that would bring you to 40 cards. I run a slightly similar build, but I include Dark Armed Dragon (too good to pass up) and Dark Resonator as a DARK-tuner and bait for Gates of Dark World (it's a fiend). I wouldn't run Reckless Greed though-you have good draw power in Dealings and Gates. Instead, run two Solemn Warning to prevent that late game Monster Reborn or inevitable Laggia, and I recommend either Deck Devastation Virus or Eradicator Epidemic Virus.

As for the side deck, you should have the usual meta-stoppers, with a Light Imprisoning Mirror, Mirror of Oaths for Tour Guide, and Gozen Match isn't bad either since all your monsters are DARK-type with the exception of Morphing Jar.

As for the extra deck, run the usual set up as you would for any other deck, but I highly recommend getting your hands on a Dark Highlander, as it's a 7-star, 2800 beatstick that stops synchros.

Good luck at locals!

Morphing Jar is terrible for 3 resons.
1) It gives your opponent a fresh hand to work with and can give them outs. Card Destruction only replaces cards they discarded, so its more viable.
2) Because its a set, its too slow for the speed that the deck runs.
3) Mirror Match. Gives your opponent additional effects and is also Lightning Fodder.

Mirror is the least arguable reason, but the other 2 are HUGE reasons.

so take it out...

-jar
-goldd (sillva>goldd) also without a Fabled Raven or a dark smog and no dragged downs warlords shouldn't be ran IMO...
+bronn i dont really like him but in budget builds he can be ran at 1
u can try 1-2 scarr if u want helps seach snoww food for gate
i dont like DAD in here we have lots of gy controll but DAD can also make gate dead to i just dont really like that idea

ur spell line up looks good
u can try Allure of Darkness
and when u get em dragged down that i found that DWD 2:3 DDitg ratio is good or 2:2

- Mirror Force
+ 1 dark smog

some pple dont like Reckless Greed and im one of them so this is what i would do

-3 reckless
+2 Skill Drain
+ DDV or EEV whichever floats your boat side the other

as for extra deck u can run lvl 3 or 4 xyz's but withought raven unless u add some random tuner you will not do any synch aside from monster reborning ur opponents tuner so its always good to have staple synchros brio trish black rose catastor... etc...

this is my side deck but i run dark smog main a sillva and side an extra for the mirror..

Sillva, Warlord of Dark World x1
Return from the Different Dimension x1
Bottomless Trap Hole x2
Skill Drain x1
Mind Control x1
Gozen Match x2
Light-Imprisoning Mirror x2
Deck Devastation Virus x1
Mystical Space Typhoon x1
D.D. Crow x2

thank you for your opinions. i can see the point of Morphing Jar i shall try how can i do without him... Dark Armed Dragon seems to be hard to get into the field.
i shall try Allure of Darkness. i thought Reckless Greed could help me alot because of the speed and the fast drawing helps me get the cards i need sometimes. i probably choose to run DDV, i believe its more reliable cuz of all the tuner material in the current meta. i found that dark smog its a bad starter running two its an oveerkill since i need my opponent to full the grave. but i shall try running 1 again to see how it goes. hmmm i thought skill drains are for side deck but i shall try to add them in instead. i shall try to add solemn warnings but the thing is that the paying life points like that its no good i usually run 1 of each but i shall try to add the second one

Another thing. im not trying to make a budget DW i have most of the cards except for the Dragged Downs. and some xyz. its just that i dont find them.
why its silva better than goldd. the second effect?
