My Rules:

0) Please read over the General Mod Trade Guidelines (^) before starting. Thanks.

1) I require that both ends reach me within 2 weeks.
2) I prefer to stay within the US and Canada, although I am able to ship internationally.
3) I send out immediately after I have received from each person involved in the trade.
4) I prefer to only handle trades involving either cards/cards or cards and/or money (NO electronics/video games). Although some exceptions can be made, please let me know what the trade involves first.

5) My fee is as follows...

US traders:
$5.00 (USD) for that person.

Canadian traders:
$7.00 (USD) from that person.

International/Overseas traders:
$7.00 (USD)[/color] for that person.

I also accept a card(s) as payment (see Rule #6).
It is also fine with me if the traders I am handling a trade for make their own arrangements as thow to cover the fee.
All I ask is to leave a note (as a reminder) with your end about how the fee is going to be covered when you send out to me

Note: There will be an additional $13.00 (USD) cost to International overseas traders. This is because I will be sending with Registered Mail. It is so a tracking number can be provided. I will not be held accountable if you do not wish to use this service for your end.

Priority Mail: Any item sent with Priority Mail will require the person wanting their end send that way will have their end of the fee be $7.00 (USD). I am sorry, but the Post Office has raised their rates.

*This will cover a padded envelope and delivery confirmation standard.

*The fee also covers things like gas, postal and card(s) supplies used, personal time involved for the trade, etc.

*It is up to the indivivual traders to decide how the fee will be covered.

*The fee may be required to increase for larger trades in order to cover the added weight of the item(s) being shipped.

**If fee is not paid, then items will be held until fee is paid.**

**The fee is non-refundable. If the trade is cancelled for any reason, then the fee will be used to cover the cost of returning the items to you.**

6) I do NOT have a Paypal account. I can only accept concealed cash or money orders (preferably US Postal ones).

**I do not handle any trades in which Paypal is a part of. Sorry.**

In some cases, I will accept a card(s) from your list as payment also if I see something I am interested in.

7) I will NOT be held accountable with any problems with a trade as they are arriving to me. This includes items either being damaged or lost in the mail. As a result, this will also include the excemption of negative references and legal issues (i.e. Mail Fraud, etc). I will do everything in my power to ensure their safe arrival to you, so I expect the same from you as well.

8) To help prevent damage to the cards, I recommend using this method...

*Place only 1 card per sleeve and only 2 sleeved cards per toploader, with the toploader taped shut.

*If you plan on sending in a standard (non-padded) envelope, please use the Post Office service option called "hand processing." The cost for the service is 22 cents. This will help ensure the envelope (and all of its contents) arrive to me safe and undamaged.

9) To help make things easier on me, each person needs to include a note of what excatly that the trade they are involved in will be consisting of.
10) I prefer refs to be exchanged after the trade has been completed.


The exchanging of refs for a Middleman trade are as follows...

*One person in the trade refs me and the other person in the trade.

*The other person in the trade refs me and the first person in the trade.

*I ref each person in the trade.

11) Communication is always a good thing...

*Please stay in contact with your fellow trading partner (after all, it is your trade to begin with).

*Please post any and all trade related questions on this thread only (my PM box is constantly getting filled up by questions that are needing to be posted here).

12) Please do not tell me that you are needing the cards by a "certain time" (i.e locals, regionals, etc), because I cannot control how long a trade will take.

*A trade is as long as the time needed for 2 traders to send their ends out to me, so I can (in turn) then send them out to the other person.*

*The fastest way to find out an update on a trade is to ask your trading partner. I can only send out after I receive from them (see Rule #11).*

Priority Small Flat Rate Box: (13 5/8 x 11 7/8 x 3 3/)8 Cost is $5.80 (USD).

Priority Medium Flat Rate Box: (12 x 12 x 5 1/8) Cost is $12.35 (USD).

Priority Large Flat Rate Box: (13 5/8 x 11 7/8 x 3 3/8) Cost is $16.85 (USD).

Mr.Duality has just exchanged addresses with me. The end with the common cards will be needing to be sent in a USPS Flat Rate Box for safety. It will be $11 for that. If Mr. Duality would want tracking with that, then that is an additional $12. The other end will be $5.

So the total will be $28 if tracking is wanted and $16 if it is not.
The fee can be covered any way that the two of you want.
Please talk it over with him and let me know what is decided.

Yes, the fee would then be $5 each. The only issue will still be if Mr.Duality is wanting tracking on his end when I ship it to him. That will still be an extra $12 after shipping since using the Post Office's Registered Mail service would then be needed. Someone please let me know how his end is going to be shipped (with or without shipping).
