If you can aford 3 TGU, add them, and add good old Sangan, i like that card [I don't know about you]. ^^

by they way good start on a dark world budget their is hardly any fixes u need here i only have 2 and on is a preference..
first off i prefer to have this ratio
3 dragged downs and 2 Dark World Dealings
second
-1 or 2 sillva it dont matter which u do i just really feel 3 warlord is to much
i would take out 2 sillva for
+1 Allure of Darkness
+1 Foolish Burial
then u have a damn good budget build up

trust me ceruli is a bad choice very inconsistent making a deck that is inconsistent itself more inconsistent and we don't want that and it gives ur opponent synch and tribute fodder.
DWL is just bad MST is more viable in every way run mst over DWL but if u really want it run 1 mst and 1 DWL but i dint recommend that at all

tengu is not needed here at all room for more better things and more darkworld oriented cards...
Sangan is good if u have raven or tour guides which u don't so u shouldn't run him over other cards without raven and tour guide Sangan does not have any worth while targets to add him for..

I think dwl is bad this format and also ceruli isn't that great of a card but thanks for the help

I can't afford them I have more important things to spend on other than 600$ for three cards which I can spend on my son and new baby coming on Jan

Now that u said that I think I will go 3x dragged and 2 dwd as I use Mind Crush and also eev to know if I wanna get rid of those pesky traps or spells and I knew I forgot somthing foolish burril ill drop one silva for it and I don't like allure to much but I will try it out so fixes will be
-1dwd
+1dragged down
+1foolish
-1 silva

+3 Reckless Greed
and you can also consider

with trance and dark smog in here 3 Dark World Dealings and 3 dragged seems like over kill u could take out 1 dragged or 1 dealings making a 3:2 ratio
and u can side deck 1 mst giving u 2 extra spots in the main deck
u could take out or side 1 DDV or side em both or take one out and side one
given u an extra 3 to 4 slots
i always find ddv to be better sided in game 2 but that just me

Side the Deck Devi and 1 DWD,Add 3 Reckless Greed,You could also drop a Mind Crush and 2 other spells for 3 Upstart Goblin,the key now is get the combo as fast as you can!
