Coolest Stadium Intro

I know this is one of the very few Stadium topics, but what is your favorite intro from 1 or 2? I like Nidoking's and Scyther. And Mewtwo is pretty tight.

I haven't played the games in awhile, but for S2, I'd probably like Umbreon's intro. But I think magikarp's intro is the best of all

I remember seeing a Magikarp using Dragon Rage in a Little Cup Demo. (Where you leave it at the Start Menu.)

what exactly do you mean by intro?


what i think of when you ask the question is when one first starts a game and various pokemon appear as "opening credits".

for that category, i definately prefer stadium 2 and it's "camera shutter" transitions from pokemon to pokemon, and within THAT intro, umbreon's 2 seconds are the best as it's crouching and springing into action. having it's scene cut right after it springs only adds to the excitement of it's leap. it leaves the imagination wondering what happens next. in comparison, pokemon battles aren't really as exciting.

battles would be alot cooler if pokemon actually performed physical attacks on other pokemon instead of striking poses and having vague energies do the damage. umbreon at least looks like it's going to bite the crap out of another pokemon in the opening credits.
