3 Level 2 monsters
When an attack is declared that has this card battle an opponent's monster, you can detach an Xyz Material from this card. Halve the ATK of the opponent's monster, then this card gains ATK equal to that amount.
He's the same as in the anime, except for the obvious lack of 'cannot be destroyed by battle except with other Numbers' clause, and the fact that he no longer needs DARK materials. Also, he probably doesn't try to possess your personal duel spirit to make him Duel against your friends, but that remains to be seen from the scans.
Anyway, that third Shine Ball now has a pretty good use.

Yes, it's permanent. So is the halving, if the other monster survives or manages to "Honest" boost over Number 96.

Uhm, I needed to put it in maths, lulz.
x/2 =/= 100 + x/2
Which means it will destroy anything by battle, if it has materials. (Yes, I couldn't understand it from its text)
And it is Dark, so without being Maxx C'd technically Venus is also Black Mist.

The obvious combo is to stick this in agents , Venus into 3 shine balls, then attack into their boss monsters.

The boost is permanent, meaning when you're all said and done you could potentially have a >3000 powerhouse stomping around on the field.

I like that my Tunginware.dek just got another boost.
Suddenly, Tuningware + Machine Duplication without a Tuner isn't so bad anymore.

I am kinda excited.
Turn 1: Set Dekoichi
Turn 2: Summon Bokoichi & Machine Dupe. Then Flip Dekoichi for mad (+)'s. Then Xyz into Black Mist.

^Oh yes, I forgot to mention if it's in def or if the opponent's monster in def part. I just thought both monsters beng in atk.
I'll be going the Ronintoadin way, just because Frogs rock (except "Frog the Jam").

I didn't mean run it over gachi, but when you run out of gachi its good to have more rank 2 monsters.
