Help me make a new deck!

Hi guys, I just discovered an old portion of my cards I never knew I had. I remember them being an old burn/heal deck,
and so, combining them with new cards, I was wondering if you could help me make a deck with them?
(Buying cards is not an issue, and neither is the number of the cards there)
