Best way to go about getting a local started in my area.
So no local in my area for 50 miles, so no sneak peaks or anything, and im in the mind set to change this, i found a shop, they already do FNM, so i need to come up with a proposal as to why they should start dealing in yugioh cards.
But, i have no clue what it takes for a shop to start up something like this... another thing is i may come up against some hate from the magic player...
Another problem is i really have no idea if there are enough good players around for it to be worth their time...
thoughts?

Do what I did, unfortunately these guys I doubt are true to their word and contacting Konami. But you must ask them to become an official konami store, (OTS). Have them contact us-cardsupport@konami.com, and then they can become an official store. The business is dealt between those parties. Don't get involved too deep, just request that they do that.

Where are you from? Locals are very hit or miss depending on location. The one I used to go to would have 70 player tournaments twice a week. The card shop 2 miles away had about 10-20 people in attendance.
