Buying a box...which to choose?
I'm am looking to buy a box of Pokemon. Which should I get? I have most of the Next Destinies set, but I really like Dark Explorers. Don't worry, I am still buying a Dragon's Exalted box when it releases in 5 days as well as the tins in Sept.
Any thoughts?

With Darkrai's superspecialawesome reprint coming, the only really attractive thing about Dark Explorers is the abundance of staples which you can get in bulk for next to nothing, and Tornadus Ex. That's it.
I would invest more in Dragons Exalted, as there are quite a few sought after cards in there.

I ended up buying a box of Dark Explorers anyway. Truly disappointed. I bought the last box and the 7 extra packs from the other box. Ended up with 2 Entei EX and 1 Entei EX FA...as well as Tornadus EX.
Truly upset =(

lucky that you can buy boxes (wish I had the spare funds for it). But yeah, it's typically best to buy the newest set as reprints are unlikely for a few months......save alt. arts found in said new set or as promos.....

As for being able to buy boxes, I have a high paying job lol. Road construction for the state of New York.

If you want a variety of cards; buy a 2012 Legendary Pokemon Tin Case. If you want trade-bait, and just good cards in general; buy a box of Dragons Exalted.

What all in Dragons exalted are good? If I buy a box what cards would I want to set aside I'm just now getting back in to the game
