This is the best use of Rocket Arrow ever. But I'm still a little confused about the general aim of the deck. Is it try to drop everything in your hand, then drop Rabbit/Rocket Arrow/Bubbleman, wait a turn, then go crazy? Seems incredibly volatile but it could work.
Does Rocket self-destruct if you don't have cards in your hand (for example, you skipped your draw via Offerings to the Doomed)?

Well Wind-Up Rabbit is actually the main focus of the deck as it turns out, you can just keep poking for 1400 if you keep killing their monsters with 1-for-1 removal. Rocket Arrow Express is pretty fun though and Wind-Up Rabbit is about the only good way I can find to play around it. I'm not sure about that ruling, I would be interested though.
The main problems are drawing into combinations of Bubbleman, Rocket Arrow and Card of Sanctity. That's why discard cards like Vortex and Tribute to The Doomed work in my favour. I wish there were more spell cards that hit a card in your opponent's hand without replacing it.

I can't see the point of this Deck: even if you call Arrow, you can't boost him, you can't protect him. Even Rabbit will have to stay on the field once Arrow is on the field (cannot activate cards or effects). So, since you can't OTK, what's the point of this deck? O_o

Rocket Arrow does indeed require a minimum of 1 card to be discarded for it to survive - just checked the card text on Wikia. However, as far as I'm aware, its maintenance is optional.
Gonna have a go at this deck myself, although I might tweak it a little. I'll let you know how I get on.

But that's boring!
By the way, Dark Core is pro for Zenmaines and other annoyances.

Yeah Dark Core is in my side deck at the moment. And yeah I'm trying the deck without Rocket Arrow at all and just focussing on Wind-Up Rabbit and it's way better :P but oh well, RAE did win me ONE game xD

I guess Rocket Arrow is pretty dumb. In playing the deck, I found it really difficult to empty my hand of all the destruction cards fast enough to make him at all playable. I'm thinking the deck needs restyling - towards Bubblebeat with WU Rabbit to just derp, troll and never leave the field.

That's pretty much exactly what I'm playing at the moment, it's working quite well. Wind-Up Rabbit is an absurd card that shouldn't exist lol

So... are you going to post this new build, without Rocket in it?

I think that was supposed to be Wind-Up Rabbit.
Anyway, new decklist is looking good. Might try something along those lines out myself, too.
