Nowadays if you mention you play Blackwings to someone, you'll probably get laughed at.I am confident that this deck has Tier 2 written all over it, and I'd like to see what pojo thinks. I never come on here unless I have a deck that I think is consistent, good, and has options.This build not only defecates on the current meta, but it leaves dirty dishes! Right into the deck list before I explain.

Those are the Blackwings, now here's where the deck takes a spin.
Sorcerer comes out consistent, with five light targets. Only one sirocco because of Cyber Dragon. T.K. DOES NOT ever interfere with Black Whirlwind. Effect Veilers are to good now. Reaper to stall.
