Well first off "counter-decks" are kind of lol. Well they are alright, and I can appreciate them in idea and ingenious building. I am just saying that you shouldn't expect a deck that focuses on countering something to be that generally good in the overall potential of the game.
And I like anti-meta deck ideas that focus on handling the larger variety of the game, thinking full Japanese game here, but yours is still anti-one side of the game.
Just anti-Light seems awfully restrictive. But if you play with several friends and you have a certain card pool available, that tend to play something, then even anti-Light can become anti-meta because a meta is still heavily psychological.
It's cool if you can get to put an anti-Light deck to use, if that's what you built it for.
But either way, for an anti-Ligth deck, you are doing alright. Technically, against full mono Light you don't need anything else than 4x Purple Piercer, those alone win you the game.
Either way the 1x of larger cards don't help so drop them. Against Light you need some destruction for the big fatties or powered up creatures, Dark does that alright, Chaos Worm is good for it too.
You could use more than 1 Soul Goulp if they also have Mist Rias or use Light with Water.
Critical Blades are needed for Light Blockers, lol.
And you are still lacking Photocide, and perhaps Volcano Smog, either of them as tech/center card.
And overall just properly arranging your card quantities. Talked about stuff that can help now in terms of idea, not even so much your list configuration.
I really hope you aim to make this anti-Light for going against your local meta or friends or whatever, otherwise it will fail tremendously.
