Relinquished Chaos Piper Deck (DN)

Can anyone help me polish my dueling network deck? I've been playing ygo now for about a month and, since Relinquished is my favorite card, I've built a deck around him. I really want to make a competitive deck without getting rid of Relinquished. So far, this revision has been doing pretty well, I win about a third of my games in advanced unrated.

Also, I have no clue what to do with my side deck, so right now I've just put cards in there that I may or may not permanently add to my main deck later on after more testing.

My strategies:
1. Relinquished + Releaser
2. Kinka + Piper draw engine
3. TG XYZ into a variety of useful monsters
4. Use hand advantage with eff of basses to synchro with marshamallon/reborned monster into monsters like stardust.
5. Top deck cards like BLS
6. Stall with the rest of my deck

dropped the winged kuribohs for more Effect Veiler.
Gravity Bind is extremely meh nowaday. It looks like you'll
run into more non-lvl 1s than actual lvl 1s.

How about this?
I added another swords and Call Of The Haunted and another veiler, and got rid of Gravity Bind and Winged Kuriboh. I agree Gravity Bind is kind of dead. The only times I've played it, it's been mst'd. Although I'm hesitant getting rid of light monsters like Winged Kuriboh, because then it's harder to get out bls/Chaos Sorcerer.

Is there nothing I can do to make this deck more consistent? I just got my butt whupped by a chaos dragons deck before I could even get Relinquished on the field. I was thinking of adding 1x Fabled Kushano, for a light target for tour guide so I can get chaos easier, as well as a level 3 tuner should I need to synchro instead.

How about this? I replaced Maxx "C" with Fabled Kushano, which can be searched by Tour Guide for chaos fodder, or used as a tuner, as well as adding Creature Swap.
