Anyone else excited for season 3 of the show to return? It looks pretty sick.
Regarding the books, since that's what this thread is for, what do you guys think is going to happen to Cersei? Her fate is pretty interesting to me. It seems Varys wants her in power so that she can continue to run the kingdom into the ground, which will somehow help his plans. Probably to weaken the kingdom so that Dany can return and take it with fire and blood.

ehh its nothing like lord of teh rings
people see fantasy and think lord of the rings
game of thrones is sex and politics, set in medieval setting, nothing more
lord of the rings was religion and walking, nothing more
Not at all alike

It's far better than Lord of the Rings. I couldn't stand the perfect good guys on Lord of the Rings, and bad bad guys. Game of Thrones presents characters that are ambiguous morally, as everyone is for real. Nobody is perfectly good, nor completely evil.
