Most cost effective budget clan?

Okay, so I know I sound stupid here because if I want to play any card game, I should be willing to spend money. I just wanted to know, what is the best budget clan that I can play that will work at least a little consistently in the meta? Also, please give an estimated value. Thanks.

what i did was put 2 Kagero starters together and played off of that. The starters at my locals are around $15-20.

I would say spike brothers.
Very strong deck with eb03 coming out, but there is no trial deck and you have to buy the cards individually.

I would love to, but my brother already has them and the gold pally deck, and I have a Narukami and RP deck, and a spare CEO Amaterasu from 4 packs. lol

The rest would be your choice filler

the rare cards youll need are:
3-4x Cheer Girl Marilyn (7-8$ each)
4x Juggernaut Maximum (5$ or less each)
3x General Seifried (6-7$ each)
2-3x Sky Diver (8-10$ each)
3x Dudley Dan (1-2$ each?)
4x Treasured Black Panther (1$ each?)
1x MEcha trainer (1$)

The rest of the cards you'll need are commons really. If youre interested in starting I can sell/trade you probably 80% of the deck since I started a spike brothers deck but never finished it. I play vanguard at Galaxy Stores in Naperville on Saturday mornings so we could meet also. But if youre interested pm me and ill try to help you out. But check out the decklists to make sure what cards you need. Spike Brothers decks are strong and can overpower just about every clan in the game. And like what was mentioned, theres a new unit coming out in EB03 that will take spike brothers to a new level.

Wow, now I'm ecstatic! Also, great to hear of another Naperville player. Im pretty much a noob at building decks so Ill need help. Also, which of those cards do you currently have?

This topic has been beaten to the ground. Kagero. Although Spike Brothers is also good, it's not nearly as "cost-effective" as Kagero is.

I never hear anyone mention NG, but that's why I picked it, because it's super budget friendly. Every card was under $10.

I also have EVERY NG card to date and it has cost me UNDER $150. So I can play test, change strats, etc. and it doesn't cost me a dime.

With set 3 coming out I'm thinking another $50 TOPS.

And I T4'd a tourney with 20+ last week. Only reason I didn't place was because we didn't play it out :/

I was thinking about Nova Grapplers, but I liked Spike Bros better XD

If you want to see the best current builds of Spike Brothers currently on pojo take a look a Hero's builds. He has spent a lot of time testing and considering every card and has even prepared a build for when the new Spike Brother support is released.

Cost effectiveness however go with Kagero. 2 Trial Decks, 4 perfect guard, 4 Kimnala, 1 Goku and 2/3 Seal Dragon Blockade and you have the most consistent Kagero deck currently available
