Im going to assume its a bad deck considering no ones contributed, but how can it be helped?

I'm new here, so please excuse me if I'm being a nub.

Although I'm not that sure about your deck and its motive, I'll list a few cards and reasons as to why you might be interested in them.

Trade-In: A good card for this deck, since about 25% (more like 22% though) of your deck is made of level 8 monsters. It can help set up the special summon of Archlord Kristya and give monsters for Master Hyperion to use later in-game.

Soul Exchange: A possible troll card (in my opinion), this card can help remove face downs/powerful monsters, such as a DaD. In addition, you now have a good to decent monster out on the field.

Return from the Different Dimension: A troll swarm, it can help you pull off and otk.

General Ideas:
Ice Queen and Silent Magician LV8 can help to boost the spellcaster side of your deck.

Don't yell at me for this, but I fail to see much of a spellcaster side of your deck.

The Tricky, Magical Exemplar, and Summoner Monk can help bring out an array of tactics, along with Magical Dimension, Magician's Circle, and Wonder Wand.

Dimensional Alchemist is a situational card, but it might save you in a pinch.

Kelbek can help bounce pesky monsters

Copy Cat can serve as a spellcaster type Kelbek

Crystal Seer can help with draw power

Effect Veiler can somewhat open synchro summons and helps with strong effect monsters

Old Vindictive Magician can help with general monster removal

Ideas for taking out:

Attraffic Control seems to me a little bit situational and may end up a dead draw.

Sky Scourge Invicil seems to harm you more than not, as your field will likely be filled with fairies instead of fiends.

Giant Germ is a stall/burn card, you could try replacing it with a Marshmallon or Gellenduo to fit both the type and general feel.
