Petalbrush Dragon needs Xyz Materials to be listed.

Good catch, I skipped it because I had a good effect in mind, then I forgot to go back.

If it is not too much to ask, could you possibly change the colored text for the Exceed? With a black back drop, its next to impossible to see unless you highlight it.

lol
I once made a "Pyro King Ka-oh" -_-

Earthfell is incredibly interesting, and I imagine all manner of crazy silly decks could be built around a card like that.

Dishonest is the oldest Create-a-Card idea in the book, but it is probably the best one I've seen in terms of design. Exca-beaver just makes me indisputably think of Pokemon!

Shutterbug would be neat in a deck using Lightray Sorcerer, and is fairly useful in general (stops Inzektor OTKs!).

All in all, this is quite a good batch of cards. I must admit I don't like Petalbrush, though, but on the other hand I dislike Black Rose Dragon so I guess it makes sense.

Normal Summon sounds way way too brutal to me. Especially since this card would fit right in in Hero decks replacing Rai-Oh as the generic anti-meta beatstick and be used to go into Absolute Zero. So either you blow up their set monster defense or you drop it after using Absolute Zero to lock down their comeback.

Detach the Xyz materials and I`m game. But 1-card theft of their investment with possibly more advantage out of using its effect hurts a whole mechanic (arguably a badly designed one from Konami`s side, but still). Especially when it comes on Salvage compatible stats allowing for easy re-use.

What about direct attacks? All around defense during their turn is solid enough already for the most broken attribute, but a possible 2500-3500+ damage with a pumped direct attacker sounds brutal. Especially when the card also turns basically any DARK floater you run into food for Deck Devastation or Eradicator Epidemic Virus while it`s at.

This I like. Salvage MST for field spells that can be sidedecked by any water deck. Once I did a similar idea with a Psychic-Type, though I went with a different execution.

Shutterbug
Insect/LIGHT/**
If this face-down card would be destroyed or selected as an attack target: You can banish this card; It is now the End Phase.
ATK/0 DEF/0

This provides Insectors with the same qualities Necro Gardna gave Lightsworns.
A perfect defense for a turn (instead of just vs an attack), allowing them to survive a turn to set up their loop play and go for an OTK.
Only this is part Cold Wave too, since not only is the opponent unlikely to set defenses before entering his battle phase, he`d be ill-advised commiting to the field too much versus Insectors to begin with and is now punished for doing the right play when expecting Hornet.
All in a package that feeds Chaos. Too good at what it does, even if it arguably cuts both sides and can buy you a turn of breathing room versus Insectors just as well.

Trifle Star
Spell (Normal)
Banish 10 cards in your graveyard; Draw 1 card, and if you do, your opponent discards 1 card of their choice.

Powerful lategame card. I kinda dislike that it goes perfectly in some OTKs, but this is hardly the card at fault in those scenario or we would get no other draw cards ever.

Earthfell
Spell (Field)
When a card leaves the field; The zone that that card was in cannot be used as long as this card remains face-up on the field.

This is simply perfect. I would build a deck around it in a heartbeat! Giving up control of my monsters to get rid of their zones should be easy enough.

Solemn Foresight
Trap (Counter)
When a Spell Card, Trap Card or Effect Monster's effect is activated that includes an effect that would cause your opponent to view a card(s) in their deck: Pay 1000 Life Points; Negate the activation, and destroy it.

Does this only negate cards like Pot of Duality that have you actively check/pick up cards from your deck or also tutor cards like RotA or Sangan that need to verify the added card fits the search requirements?
If it negates only the first you should get rid of the cost. If it negates both a discard would be more Appropriate than a LP cost.

Petalbrush Dragon
Dragon/FIRE/***
2 level 3 Plant-type monsters.
When this card is successfully Xyz Summoned: You can detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card; Destroy all cards on the field.
ATK/2000 DEF/1700
Comments in quote. Definitely leaning towards the powerful side this time.

Despite that the innocent-looking Earthfell is my favorite from these for all the evil uses I`d find for it.

You did it. I knew someone would. You made Dishonest xD

Ame-Oh looks cool. Negating Normal Summons can be pretty powerful, but you give up your own normal summon for that, so I'm not sure how to feel about that.

And Earthfell looks dangerous. It seems as though it could eventually lock both you and the opponent into not having any or enough usable zones.
