Picking up my DSi today.
I was wondering, what and if they made an Action Replay for it yet?? Does it use the same Action Replay as the DS, and DSlite??
Thanks in advance.

I think so, since the DSi has the same card slot as the DS. It just lacks a GBA slot.

I heard that the AR wouldn't work.
Try it and let us know.

Yeah a friend of mine bought the DSi and found out the hard way that nintendo put some code in the DSi to make all AR codes not work. Sucks for him cause he traded in his DSlite for a DSi that doesn't accept codes.

Picked up the Action Replay Ds/Dslite by Patel today. After inserting the platinum game into the AR and turning on the DSi, it DOES NOT recognize that there is a game in the slot. So the AR will not work with a DSi. Which sucks cause I really miss being able to have unlimited Ultra Balls. =(
There has to be a way to get something to work on these things, why would Nintendo risk blocking all AR cartridges and losing out on sales?
I have also read that there is no way to save your Gamesave file to the SD card, which can be used to edit through PoKeSav. Wack=/

Nintendo doesn't expect sales loss due to lack of third party cheat device support. Datel will probably lose out, actually, because people will likely buy DSi, but not AR since it won't work.

My point to that was, people who know that "Action Replays" will not work, therefore will not upgrade their DS/DSlite. Cause they know it will just be a loss on their part.

Oh. I don't plan on it regardless, as it doesn't support GBA. ='(

At least, Datel loses out until they can crack it.
ARDSi will come, mark my words.
