Effect veiler?
Ok, so, a couple scenarios I have questions about
Scenario 1
I flip summon Morphing Jar
effect goes on chain link 1
opponent responds veiler
CL1: Jar
CL2: Veiler
I respond Book of Moon
CL1: Jar
CL2: Veiler
CL3: Book
My jar goes face down
veiler fizzles
ditch, draw 5. right?
I have a question more or less about
Scenario 2
I flip summon Morphing Jar
CL1: Jar
Opponent Responds veiler
CL1: Jar
CL2: Veiler
I respond Book
CL1: Jar
CL2: Veiler
CL3: Book
Opponent responds veiler
CL1: Jar
CL2: Veiler
CL3: Book
CL4. Veiler
What happens? since it is a different object while facedown, does the effect resolve?

In both scenarios "Morphing Jar" will resolve with effect. The resolution of "Effect Veiler" is meaningless if the mosnter is facedown before it(the monster being targetted resolves).
If the effect of Effect Veiler resolves, and the targeted monster is then flipped face-down, its effect(s) will no longer be negated, even if it is flipped face-up again later that turn.[1]
