I need another human but I can't get one.Is there an easy way to get one?

If you have less than 5 party members, you can take part in a mission to get a Human character (I think it becomes available in Kingmoon). But otherwise you'll can earn new characters by completing various missions. No guarantees that they will be human however...
If there is another way, I don't know of it.

Wait until the month of Kingmoon and have five or less members in your group, then a mission will come up that will have you recruit members. Sent a human member to the mission and you'll get human recruit.

okay, if you do a dispatch mission, and one of your humans are jumping, then, if you do get a new character, it should be a human
