Azngamer87 ideal banlist predictions

Hello guys every banlist I always predict what's on the banlist so here's my predictions!


Notes:
1. Tcg exclusive can get hit since Reborn Tengu got hit last format.
2. Konami on average bans 0-4 cards, never more.
3. For the past 2 September banlist, konami has brought back 2 ban cards of each September to impact the banlist list. I expect the same.
4. The banlist lately has come out on the 17th so expect august 17th for the real list.

Banned (0):
Future Fusion: there has been many debate if Five-Headed Dragon or this should go, in my opinion this card can still be good without five-headed and will be abused in other decks.
Wind-up hunter: originally I believed the best way to hit the wind-ups deck is to limit zenmighty but now ban hunter is smarter to do. Konami don't want to kill the deck and also ocg has yet to play wind-ups to its full potential without rabbit nor shark. I believe wind-ups will still be good without hunter, the deck will end up playing like karikaris instead. Not to mention the fact wind-ups won nationals at USA and euro.
Monster Reborn: it's an overpowered card that should have never returned. Please do not mention bring back Premature Burial instead as its more powerful that Monster Reborn since it can be abused.
Mind Control: no doubt another power card that needed to go. This card has became even more powerful with xyz.

Limited (1)
Inzektors dragonfly: everyone knew this would eventually come. Konami don't want to kill the deck by limited hornet but the deck can be playable dragonfly at one by Safe Zone maybe? Dragonfly was limited because it sets up otk and it's a plus 2 card. For sure inzektors won't be tier one after this.
Red-eye Metal Dragon: chaos dragons won its first ycs without Future Fusion so the deck is obviously still amazing without it. Limiting this would keep chaos dragons and heretics in check. Heretics is consider one of the top in the ocg with Gustav max.
Rekindling: even without lavals everyone knew Rekindling will be abused in the future. Any card that says "special as many" should never exist and should be ban or limited. Lavals are able to special quasar easily with this card.
Mystical Space Typhoon: I believe most people think this should be semi but in my opinion it'll give night beam, Dust Tornado, twisters more plays.
Ultimate Offering: the card is already at two and it made offering gadgets one of the best decks in the ocg. Its time to limit this to keep this in check.
E - Emergency Call: the heroes deck needed to get hit because it's doing great in the ocg. Japan nationals also won with heroes. There is nothing much the heroes deck can hit except E - Emergency Call. The deck has 4-5 searchers which is ridiculous so limiting this would make them play more monsters. Super poly won't get hit because it's more situational.
Leviair the Sea Dragon: this is the first xyz and the only on this banlist that will be hit. Even though players only runs one, any decks run more than that will simply abuse this card.
One day Of peace: this card made Final Countdown more powerful than it should be. No one would disagree with this.
Sinister Serpent: this card isn't broken anymore and with the cards we have today, we can keep this card in check. This can't be any worst than bls .

Semi-limited (2):
T.G. Striker: konami was too harsh to limit this card. It was only good in agents and t.g. Stuns. With this back, it'll make t.g. Stun a little bit better.
Tour Guide From the Underworld: It came down leaving this at three and ban Sangan or semi this card. I took this route because konami still want to make this playable. With this at 2 it will keep rabbit in check and some other decks. Maybe players will start using Cardcar d because of this?
Grapha, dragon lord of dark world: I personally hate this deck. Semi this probably won't do much but it's better than nothing. Dark world isn't tier one in neither ocg nor tcg but semi limiting this would make players think about their plays more. The deck is also easy to side against.
Book of Moon: I think many players would love this not to mention its the perfect number to be at.
Rescue rabbit: the card itself isn't broken but the deck is. Since the tin is coming out, I don't think konami wants to kill this deck yet. Tour guide and rabbit at 2 would make Dino rabbits deck less powerful but playable deck.
Gladiators beast bestiari: the future decks will continue to out pace this deck regardless this gets semi or not. This might make them a tier one deck but not a dominate one with the proper side.

Unlimited (3):
Destiny Draw: I wouldn't go as far to unlimit malicious as of yet. With this card unlimited, it'll give destiny heroes a chance to rise.
Spore: in my opinion konami should have ban Dandylion instead of Spore and Glow-Up Bulb. With this return, the deck is still long dead so might as well.


To summarized here are some of the top deck that got hit or boosted:
Inzektors:
Tour guide - 2
Dragonfly - 2
Note: deck won't be tier one anymore but still playable.
Chaos dragons/heretics:
Future Fusion - 0
Red-eyes - 1
Note: while chaos dragons won't be good any more without their special loop as consistent, heretics will still do decent with their set of card car d minus the Gustav otk.
Dino rabbits:
Tour guide: 2
Rabbit : 2
Note: playable deck maybe turned into an anti meta deck?
Heroes:
E- emergency call - 1
Note: the deck will be tier one still but would have to play more monsters.
Wind-ups:
Wind-up hunter -1
Notes: the deck will turn into an otk deck. I see it being close to tier one since its so easy to side against it.
Gladiator beast:
Gb bestiari - everyone will use this at the beginning thinking it'll be the best deck but ends up being too easy to side against.
T.g. Stun:
T.G. Striker - make them close to tier one again because have 1 striker really hurts the deck.
Dark worlds:
Grapha -1
Note: could be a tier one deck but can be kept in check with the proper side.

Also to mention all deck loses Monster Reborn and Mind Control (if they run it)




As realistic as this deck is, konami will be konami and make it no where close as this list. Comments and opinions please, be reasonable and I'll respond my reasons accordingly

One day people will learn that almost no one runs more than 1 Leviair so putting it to 1 is pointless.

Macro decks run (and can and should) 2 - 3 of these, still they can't break it to the degree that something like Rabbit or Chaos can.

There is not anything deck can abuse this card yet... But I know for a fact it's an abuse card for the future!
