well... the whole point of limiting REDMD is so that u dont have to hit atum n lightpulsar... so ditch that is homie!! 
also as dumb as alt. win conditions are, no one'll take u seriously if u add Final Countdown to ur list.
also semi-ing book and Mirror Force are hideous choices

You were clear up until the final sentence. This game has been begging for Book to come back. It's too fast now, and Book helps slow things down considerably and disrupts Xyz plays which have become way too fast.

it wouldnt, if you played before glow up bulb plants couldnt explode nearly asmuch and at most it would be a tier 2 deck

I see, the titles are always opposite.
There's no point in limiting A) Light Pulsar and B) Atum. You already did the job fine by limiting REDMD and banning Future Fusion.
Someone wants plants back.
