Tuningware and Sangan
If I Synchro Summon with Tuningware and Sangan, which effect activates first, since they're both Mandatory Trigger Effects?

Both effects activate at the same time, so they go on a Chain. You get to decide the order.

Sangan is first since it met its trigger before Tuningware did.

What Tcb said. It's similar to sacrificing "Sangan" for "Caius the Shadow Monarch". Now yes there has been some debate about whether "Tuningware" triggers before the synchro summon or when it touches the grave when preparing for a synchro summon, and I'm just going with the flow and saying that "Sangan" is still chain link 1 since "Tuningware" should check condition after the successful synchro summon.

But both hit the Graveyard at the same time. It's dissimilar to Caius and Sangan, where Sangan hits the Graveyard before Caius is Summoned. Both scenarios revolve around the triggers being met at the same time (SEGOC) but Sangan and Tuningware in this case are both sent to the Graveyard (for a Synchro Summon). An inaction in the Summon Negation window doesn't automatically give Sangan dibs to activate first.

"Sangan"'s trigger is being sent to the Graveyard. "Tuningware"'s is the successful Synchro Summon, as it wouldn't activate if the Summon was negated. "Sangan" activates first.
