Default Kaijudo: News and Discussion Thread.

Since the last one got closed, I will continue it with the recent info we have. Not bad to start again right before the battle decks launch anyway.

Continuing from the last post on http://www.pojo.biz/board/showthread...6#post25061136 ...

Actually, yugioh is top. I had statistics from April for Japan. Still, it wins over Vanguard.

Hopefully we'll just have a new forum in a couple days and not have to worry about this thread anyway lol.

Considering all the games that exist in Japan, Vanguard being 3rd isn't something to think badly of.

Not at all, was just giving the latest numbers we had, since I never had seen other sources for "best selling game".

@ CVH. Definitely that too. But if we get more card spoilers, wouldn't hurt to link to them here, or to videos about the decks.

Yeah you can bet that as soon as we get the decks we'll be making vids about them. Will definitely link to them here or in the new forum or wherever.

This picture will be outdated by tommorow, but educated guesses anyway.

Cards are organised by civ/name, and info is taken from the various sources.

Horrid Stinger apparently boosts the power of worms, so I imagine Venom worm is in there somewhere. And I'm REALLY expecting Horrid Worm too.

Very sure Sprout is 43. (Sprout =/= Faerie Life)

edit: Ignore the Simian/Comet Missile in the wrong place.

Yeah. Obviously with those few cards, there still some that have played it (just not posted online about it) so there are people out there that have played about the decks and know about them...

...just need more to spoil them. I have a friend checking later today to see if they can take a look too, so I know they can get more exact info for me. Then again, you never know what could randomly get spoiled over the day by others.

They both apparently had a %growth in sales, Yugioh just has more of a following. As I said earlier, while Ive heard of DM being top on the sales...you would have to dig up sources.

I never saw any, and even this last report was found randomly.

Yeah, in just under a few hours, I should have someone going to a store to get them and who can actually spoil more details.

So most likely, I'll have full info up asap.

So, does anybody have scans or updates? I couldn't pick up my decks today. I called most of the stores around here, and they said they didn't have their shipments in. I think it was more so the fact that they didn't know if they had received the shipment already or not cause I don't think most of them knew what Kaijudo was. Regardless, one of the shops said that the release date is tomorrow but assured me they would have them. Everything says the release date is today, but I'll just swing by tomorrow.

But, does anybody have the decks yet. I am so excited Duel Masters is coming back and the game itself doesn't seem to have changed at all. Wizards seems to be putting forth more effort than they did the first time around.

I got mine this afternoon, but seeing as most of you guys will have it by tomorrow, I won't do much spoiling.

BUT, I could do some if you want XD

A couple non-spoiler notes: The deck boxes are great. Really sturdy outside, magnetic closing, and the compartments inside could probably hold the deck in sleeves. The divider inside the deck box is also removable, and a bit flimsy.

On a similar note, the cards are pretty thin and large. While you'll probably want to sleeve them, YuGiOh-sized mini sleeves will NOT hold them! You have been warned! XP

I'm ******ed (ummmm, so that word that's blanked out is supposed to be a synonym for mentally challenged, that's so stupid that I can't say that on here), I thought today was the 26th this entire day haha. No wonder none of the shops had em in.

And, thecosen1, you should defs do some spoiling. Although, I'm gonna get four copies tomorrow anyway, so it doesnt matter too much to me lol.
