This looks pretty decent for a Cybers deck, probably this is the best it can get. I might throw in another DNA Surgery for the Fortress Dragon play, plus it screws up Dino Rabbits pretty bad.

Ok lol sorry about that, added Extra deck ^^ And thanks man! :3 What do you suggest to take out for the 2nd Surgery? And here are some cards I have considered but not sure if they are worth running or unnecessary...
Smashing Ground x2
Trap Stun x2
Super Polymerization (And the manga heroes if I do use this)

If you want Hero fusions I would go with Shining and Miracle Fusion but I don't think it's necessary.
-1 Cyber Valley
+1 DNA Surgery
Cyber Valley is a decent card but it's a little slow and it's very weak to Inzektors and other destruction. You will probably want Effect Veilers somewhere, at least two and at least side decked. I don't think Smashing is too necessary for a main deck card to be honest. Also consider Soul Taker over Smashing because of the way it makes a lot of cards like Lightpulsar and E-Hero Shining miss the timing on their effects - it's preference as to which of those two cards you play.

Ok no problem I'll definitely do that! And yeah Soul Taker is a pretty good idea considering there are many Chaos Dragon players at my locals. Ok getting Veiler is no problem I already have 2 now what to take out ^^ Yeah now that I think on it I would only Super Poly into The Shining anyways which is meh lol
Additional Comment:
Any other suggestions? I am still trying to squeeze in Veiler somehow but what should I take out?

Throw in a few XYZs for the heck of it?
And consider removing Safe Zone? Sure it keeps a monster alive, but you can't OTK with said monster.

That is true. I was trying to find ways to keep my Fusions alive without worry of a Mirror Force, Torrential Tribute, Bottomless Trap Hole etc.
Additional Comment:
So what should I replace Safe Zone with?
Additional Comment:
Maybe a Trap Stun? Not a big fan of Royal Decree.
Additional Comment:
How about One Day of Peace?
Additional Comment:
Took out the warnings to make room for the two Miracle Fusions and added some of the E Hero Fusions like The Shining and Gaia since I can make them easily with Prisma

LOL This deck is so fun to play against. My friend plays a similar build, and he future fusioned + Overload Fusion all of his monsters, brings out a 12000 Chimeratech Overdragon, I Magic Cylinder the attack, he solemns, I Mirror Force, and finally I laugh with joy.
Very interesting Elemental Hero engine in it, love it.

Obviously you can't chain Mirror Force to Solemn, so after he negates your Magic Cylinder and the chain resolves, your Mirror Force can't be activated. You can still activate cards like Book of Moon, Enemy Controller, No Entry!! etc. because they don't specifically have to be activated in response to an attack.

Thank you for that! :3 yeah I like the deck and it beat quite a few meta decks like some anti meta deck, heroes and dark world but it has problems against inzektors and rabbits. Was there anything you can suggest to main deck I have yet to test the new miracle fusions but I usually get a Prisma opening hand so I guess that shouldn't warrant running E Call our ROTA yes?

Problem is, i've never ran anything near to this before. So, i'm not exactly sure what's going wrong while facing those other top tier decks. (Besides the fact that they're top tier) I would say maybe improve your trap line up? Im not sure if you're a fan of Torrential, or if it slows you down. Also maybe 2 Fiendish chains? They stop effects and the attacks of basically every useful monster. Soul Taker is another great card to at least side? I'm not sure what else. It seems pretty solid.

Fiendish Chain sounds like a pretty good idea, I think I might try that. And its ok,lol not many people do run a full on Cyber Dragon deck. He's mostly remembered for getting out Fortress lol As for torrential yeah I feel its a bit slow and having my opponent with monsters isn't so bad because a Cyber Twin Dragon on Power Bond can still otk as long as the combined ATK of the two monsters he's attacking is equal to or lower than 3200.
Additional Comment:
Ok I might take out one Miracle Fusion because its a dead draw unless I get prisma. I think I'll add Fiendish Chain in. I beat quite a few good decks today with it like Skill Drain, lavals, evols and held my own against chaos dragon. The only reason he won was top decking into dad
