First look at the online game, and a few future cards. To quote myself...

That game sure looks nice. That sure is a VERY different Shouter, thats for sure. Sad about the Set Numbers, lol, cant add it to the wiki
The picture also shows us other cards, Gilaflame (4 and 5/6000? Fast Attack and Blurring Speed? Sounds like Speed attacker and probably return to hand...)
And that Tatsurion is 7/6000 with Howitzer. That other fire creature is...http://duelmasters.wikia.com/wiki/Hundred_Barrel_Dragon an old crappy starter deck card, so was a surprise to see
Cant make out Essence Elf/Bronze as they are small/covered...but Natural Snare is 7 cost

I think mighty shouter took steroids must be what triggered the color change.
Dang, he's got a pretty sweet ability...thanks for the links Yami_Michael
Additional Comment:
So, are battle decks out now? The reason I ask is I keep seeing advertisements here saying "Battle Decks Now Available".

June 26th.
One of the Kaijudo news pages made it sound like they were already (the ones showing the new store locator), but no shops have the cards yet.
Trust me, I want to be the guy spoiling the set onto the wiki asap.

How did u read my mind about spoiling the set? jk
Don't know really how to do anything on Wiki...so you'd probably be the first anyway.
Just in case I'll check my locals tomorrow to see if they may have gotten it earlier

I do expect some places to get it earlier. Ive heard of it many times before for Yugioh. Just a matter of getting someone in the community to give me the info.
Although there's plenty of people here (Pojo, facebook, duelzone, kaijudo central) that would be doing so ASAP.
10 days to go...so lets see if we dont have it by the 24th.
(I'm just glad I got the latest JP set 2 days ago to translate...no conflict of games...)

Mana acceling your opponent? What is good about that?

It's basically a natural snare (limited to 3 and lower cost)...get rid of blockers or creatures you don't want to deal with.
I see it as a mid to late game card to conduct a final attack.

Did you play Duelmasters? Natural Snare was one of the most played shield triggers, and did basically the same thing, just on a larger scale. The ability to take your opponents monsters off the field is amazing, just means that they can't get in your way.

I would prefer Terror Pit. It sends them to the grave not to there mana.

Its easier to get something out of the grave then it is to get something out of your mana. Plus not every deck runs black.

Grave Retrieval / Mana Recovery both aren't overly common, even with later JP cards (They are a few nice ones later on though...)
I do agree with the not everyone runs Darkness though, and Mighty Shouter is a more of a constant small-creature removal system.

Well obviously Pit > Snare, and Snare really wasn't that commonly played after control became a major deck and almost all of them ran a playset of Pits, but Mighty Shouter is still really good, probably for a while early on at least. It's a constant threat of removal that can get rid of opposing blockers and Seneschals(if that becomes a highly played card) and keep their field clear, preventing them from making a comeback if they're already low on resources.

My thoughts exactly, and when Qurian/Hulcus gets their eventual reprint in Finbar or some other card, it will still be good at field clearing.

Natural Snare had a decrease in play around the time Thrash Crawler became popular, but was still used in Nature and 4 Color Control decks. Once Soulswap was released it saw a nearly complete removal from the competitive spectrum, albeit slight uses as a last resort removal card (Mohammed ran like 2 at the 2006 National Championship).

+ You get the confirmation of game mechanics. Which come on, is the biggest thing we have been speculating since Day 1!

Now we got
Essence Elf
Mana Cost: 2
Power 1000
Tree Kin
Ability: Natures Gift: Each of your other creatures get +1000 power.
I think this is a good card.

Yeah for a 2 drop this is actually a pretty decent card. I like the power boost instead of the spell discount it used to have. I feel like it can definitely provide some early support and bolster the Senechals for atleast an extra turn or so.

That is actually pretty good but if people could start linking their sources when they post new info I'd appreciate it :P
