Drop Jurrac Dino for the third Hydrogeddon. Dino is a situational Cardcar D so it;s not that great. Apart from the it looks good.
-1 Jurrac Dino
+1 Hydrogeddon
Additional Comment:
Actually you should conisder adding the Hanzo Engine. It gets the Dino onto the field for a +1.
-2 Doomcaliber Knight
-2 Thunder King Rai-Oh
-1 Duality
-1 Starlight Road
+3 Ninja Grandmaster Hanzo
+2 Ninjustu art of super transformation.
+1 Reinforcement of the Army

Add Darkworld Shackles to troll anything that Shrink can't deal with.

Needs at least 2 Effect Veiler's, otherwise looks pretty nice.
Although that said, you should have a 3'rd Hydrogeddon as well, problem is, the only monsters that I see as necessary to remove are Doomcaliber Knight OR Thunder King Rai-Oh, personally I'd remove the DK's.

I've dueled samurai, inzektor, wind up, chaos dragon, and other top tier
Decks and I've managed to keep up with them.

Darkworld Shackles seems like a pretty funny card.
That + Lava Golem = Extra lolz.
I'm kind of wondering if it's splashable. I run Heros - could I use it?
It seems like it could work against most decks. Players will have to decide between keeping the effect of their boss monster and taking the sustained 500 damage or sacking it.

It actually works pretty badass, I was playing a necro beat. (you know gear town, necro valley malefics). Well it actually helped get over those big beaters.
In one play I stalled one turn with maistroke. Barbos attacks detach. Then on my turn I top deck dark world shackles and attack for 1700 damage and he was only at 900 lp. I would try it out in heroes.

Yeah, I might actually. I'm hesitant on maining non-quickplay attack boosting/decreasing cards like Assault Armor and Darkworld Shackles. Lance and Chalice seem much more versatile but they're so overplayed.
I'll do it just for a change of place and a "WTF" face from my opponent. :P

Yeah, but it was also a hard meta to get to the top unless you were running one of big three.
