Although I'm not surprised, I'm sad that Destiny Leo isn't in this set.
And I'm annoyed we're not getting Photon Alexandra QUEEEEENNN.

You definitely do not. Neo-Spacian Dark Panther is level 3, and it CAN copy the effects of Xyz monsters. Not being able to use effects that need detaching is another story. More so with him being able to troll Genome Heriter.

You can copy Tiras for some lulz. An effect-immune monster that pops stuff after battling. Or Gaia Dragon. Or Acid Golem, if you're a masochist.

What about Sam/Tengu Sync Spam era? There were enough generic effects to steal.
But yeah, archetypes ensured Dark Panther will never be relevant.

For Tiras, but that line is a condition, not an effect (or else it might cancel itself out). Dark Panther doesn't copy that part, so it gets all the benefits fo' free.
