Lightpulsar, Exa Beetle
I have a face-up Inzektor Exa-Beetle equipped with my opponent's Lightpulsar Dragon. then XYZ summon Gaia Dragon, the Thunder Charger using Inzektor Exa-Beetle. Is Lightpulsar sent to the graveyard before or after the summon of Gaia? Wondering if it would miss timing or not.

It leaves before the monster is summoned. Game mechanics are taken out at the highest speed. So, it misses timing.

It misses
To be simple
Exa-Beetle is turned into a material, drops it's equips since it isn't a legal target anymore, and Gaia Dragon is summoned.
