How can Flame Swordsman NOT get a chant, he is awesome!
I think the only monsters that should have a chant are synchros, XYZ, fusion, ritual and boss monsters. |

With all these different versions of monsters being released, I think Flame Swordsman deserves a turn, even if we dont get blue f-swordsman, give us something....Swordsman of Landstar got an upgrade!!! |

Here's why Flame Swordsman doesn't deserve and upgrade or a counterpart: it is an irrelevant card in Yu-Gi-Oh history. Blue-Eyes and Dark Magician are far more iconic cards than it, and they've both been game-defining cards at one point or another. Flame Swordsman was bad even when the game was young. Also, it was only used by Joey in Duelist Kingdom. After that he had the sense to take it out of his deck, and it wasn't even a fusion monster in the anime.

Dont forget Joey used it enter the shadow realm and waking the dragons too!
Also Warrior Dai Grepher was never a game changer but he got upgrades and so did Swordsman of Landstar.
I would say those 2 points contradict yours. |

Dai Grepher is not an anime card, and the Landstar monsters were used consistently by Joey. The two arcs you mentioned (the Noah arc, and Orichalcos arc) are filler arcs that invented anime-only cards to make Flame Swordsman even remotely playable. |
