Default Rate My Pokemon Team and Strat

Machamp lvl 100
Jolly Nature, Ability: No Guard
Item: Leftovers
Moveset:
Substitute
DynamicPunch
Stone Edge
ThunderPunch

Ninjask lvl 100
Timid Nature, Ability: Speed Boost
Item: Leftovers
Moveset:
Protect
Baton Pass
Swords Dance
Substitute

Tyranitar lvl 100
Adamant Nature, Ability: Sandstream
Item: Leftovers
Moveset:
Substitute
Focus Punch
Flamethrower
Crunch

Gyarados lvl 100
Impish nature, Ability: Intimidate
Item: Leftovers
Moveset:
Dragon Tail
Taunt
Waterfall
Thunder Wave

Dusclops lvl 100
Bold nature, Ability: Pressure
Item: Eviolite
Moveset:
Will-o-wisp
Pain Split
Earthquake
Ice Punch

Lucario lvl 100
Timid nature, Ability: Steadfast
Item: Life Orb
Moveset:
Aura Sphere
Nasty Plot
Shadow Ball
Vacuum Wave

Machamp is my main physical attacker, and has only one weakness to Confusion, due to his Substitute. Stone Edge is good for the pesky flying types, and ThunderPunch for those pesky water walls like Slowbro.
Ninjask plays into the entire strategy of the team. I mainly use him for my Machamp by giving him a two or three-round speed bonus with Baton Pass after using Protect and Substitute, and maybe even a Swords Dance for an extra physical attack bonus. The only bad part to the set is its lack of attack moves, so when it's like I'm playing with a 5-pokemon team. Thinking about switching Sub with X-Scissor.
I'm using a standar TyraniBoah to take out my enemy's walls. With a SubPunch strat to take out even the strongest walls, Crunch for STAB with heightened physical attack, and Flamethrower for all the Steel-type walls, Tyraniboah has little weakness besides th obvious.
Gyarados is playing one of my two walls with its bulky moveset. With its intimidate, it can take out a lot of the good physical sweepers by dropping their Attack. Waterfall is a great STAB move against ground-types who aren't affected by the stalling Thunder Wave, and Dragon Tail can phaze out even the strongest sweepers.
Dusclops is my main wall and spinblocker, so Pain Split is the obvious choice. Will-o-wisp also helps take out some of the strongest sweepers, and Earthquake helps crush other walls. Ice Punch is also for the pesky Dragons like Dragonite and Flygon. Might need a bit help. Should I evolve him? His Def and SpDef stats only go up by five.
I use Lucario's boosted SpAtk to my advantage by making him my SpAtk sweeper. I can do a serious amount of damage with his STAB Aura Sphere, and Shadow Ball does coverage against Ghost and Psychic types. Nasty Plot makes for a huge SpAtk gain and Vacuum Wave is a nice priority move.

If your going to have Substitute on Machamp, personally I'd replace Stone Edge with Focus Punch, to make the most use of SubPunch STAB acquired.

Ninjask... Lacks defenses, to say the least. Protect is a bit pointless in my eyes, as you are running a Baton Pass set. Stick to getting Swords Dance passed before you get KO'ed since Protect just stalls, which Ninjask isn't made for.

Tyranitar seems fine to me.

Gyarados - I'm not sure what's more powerful - Surf or Waterfall - though I think it's Surf. Apart from that, replace TWave with TBolt unless your looking to attack first and be hit with less due to Intimidate.. Catch my drift?

Dusclops is just Dusclops. Your moveset seems good there, as Will-o-Wisp 'clopses are typically hard for physical sweepers to harm 'cause of the burn.

Lucario I'm no expert on, since I very rarely play 4th Gen, but your moveset seems decent enough.

Your team overall has no glaring weaknesses, you seem to have everything down to a T.

Kudos to you. A nicely made team in my eyes.
If I ever get back into 4th Gen battling, I might try this team out

That works too, but I prefer putting in effort to raise powerful Pokémon. Makes you feel a bit prouder of what you have created, plus it's almost guaranteed to be unique. Most cheaters hack for perfect IV's which means that say, for instance, most hacked Arceus will be exactly the same in terms of stats.

You can get a Pokémon to Level 100 in under 12 hours without candies or cheats if you train right.

I have around 8 lv100s, granted I have over 270 hours played, I used 0 rare candies and didn't cheat, the best way to train would be transferring all of your pokemon to platinum and use the challenge house in the survival area, you get unlimited opponents that are easier than the elite 4 but have tougher pokemon (unlimited opponents by saving and changing your console time to 23:59, when it turns to 00:00 you get fresh trainers in there).

OT: The team and strat is ok, use Ninjask as your lead though, start by SDing once then protect and BP to champ. A mid team Jask is less than useless.

@Calvie: Protect isn't used for stalling on Ninjask, it's for a +1 speed.

Oh, derp. Forgot about the ability that Ninjask has.
Well, I guess that in a way it's for both. Stops it dying, too.

Nobody should even dare running an attack with Ninjask, yes it has decent attack and awesome speed, but there are countless pokemon that can take a hit off it, the moment a poke does that, it's good night vienna. So:

Ninjask@Focus Sash
Ability: Speed Boost
Nature: Jolly
EVs: +252 Spd, +252 Hp, +4 Def
Substitute
Baton Pass
Swords Dance
Protect

Get up a substitute, put up a couple of Swords Dances, and baton pass the Sub, +Spd and +Atk to an eager pokemon ready to wreak havoc, there is no point in using any attacks on ninjask because it will never get a chance to, even if it did it would merely dent a pokemon before it gets KOed.

Another theory is: Don't use Ninjask. If its a Swords Dancer you want, try the old favorite: Gliscor.

Gliscor@Leftovers
Ability: Sand Veil
Nature: Impish
EVs: +248 HP, +24 Def, +236 Spd
Substitute
Baton Pass
Swords Dance
Earthquake/Stone Edge

This set uses all of Gliscor's major aspects: Sand Veil gives it an amazing partnership with Tyranitar, defensive EVs and Nature give it the ability to be an unmovable object making it hard to prevent it from Swords Dancing, Substitute removes all of Gliscor's common threats (Water and Ice types) by subbing, coupled with a slight HP boost giving you the perfect advantage of having some nice protection for a Baton Pass, there's a choice between Stone Edge and Earthquake: You can go all out power with a nice STAB in Earthquake, or you can go for a nice ever hitting Stone Edge that has good power and an even more amazing effectivity (Hits everything for neutral damage except for 3 types, and is super effective vs Fire, Ice, bug and Flying), your choice.

Through cheating you ruin the point of the game.
