How do you think Goku killed Frieza and King Cold in the alternate timeline?
We know Trunks sliced Frieza in half and blew Kign cold to smithereens, so what would've goku done to beat them? Maybe blast them both to death? Goku DID have a hard time with frieza. what do you think?

It didn't happen because I didn't see it happen. Goku trapped them and sealed them in captivity in an energy field, letting them die of hunger, with the excuse that he forgot about them. That way he didn't have to kill them.

I'd imagine Goku using Instant Transmission before Freeza could do anything bad to Earth. Then proceeds to kill Freeza & King Kold easier than Trunks did, probably giving them the option of leaving Earth for good before.

Yeah, he specifically stated he knew he wouldn't have been able to make it in time, but it didn't matter as he had picked up the Shunkan Idou before he left Yardrat, and didn't take action since Trunks finished them off before he had the chance to.

He probably used instant transmission. Then Frieza powers up to 100% and use full power death ball. Goku deflects it and instantly kills Frieza. King Cold trys same tactic like against Trunks but in moment Goku lets his guard off he atk him, and Goku instantly kills him. After that he destroys ship and everyone arrives on that place. Bug from Dr.Gero finds blood from fallen villian and colects it. |

and then history of trunks beings. lol yea ive always been too curious about that fight. i wish toriyama made a special episode or an extended version of the history of trunks. that wouldve been cool |

Lol Krueger i wouldnt be suprised if Goku actualy didnt killd King Cold. The fact that he went kamikaze on Namek and giving Frieza chance to live + knowing he doesnt have any chance to escape xD
Like when Cell return Vegeta asks "what do you whant from us Cell ?" Cell obviously whanted tea party, but Vegeta whent ape **** on him xD

Son Goku can defeat Mecha Freeza and King Cold no problem and doesn't need a sword to beat them either.

I don't think they would have proved much of a threat any more so than what Frieza was on Namek.
Goku was able to go Super Saiyan so he would have just beat the crap out of Frieza. Possibly he could have tried the instant transmission Kamehameha he tried against Cell on Frieza and then King Cold would have been no trouble at all, he could have done the same.
