So I opened my first Super 17 Saga booster box today. Some of the foils look like regular foil cards and some of them have the crazy lines for foils on the cards.
I just wanted to know the difference as in what they're referred to, as well as which one is more valuable. Are those the only 2 types of foils for this card game?

You have flat foil (this foil is just the basic flat foil kind) and then you have got atl foil (the one with all the lines etc all over them). As for price there is not really much of a difference. Super 17 is very easy to collect as limited boxes go for as cheap as $10usd.

Understandable. If it were any other set and wasn't Super 17, which would be worth more? The regular foil or the alt foil?
not really, only certain ones like some limited 6 stars like trunks would be worth a fair bit but super 17 no as you can get limited booster boxes for $10usd each
All the GT sets were released in in this way. Score figured out the cashcow wasnt the players buying products for the good cards, but the collectors shelling out for foils. How do you make more money on them? Double the number of cards to collect.
