Yeah I have had sleeping problems my whole life. It has quite an impact in my studies and hobbies.
But recently I have started running a little on the park each day. It seems it cured me surprisingly easily. I can sleep and I have energy for the whole day.
Recently the lack of achievements is stressing me out and I am experiencing problems again, but I think it will pass.

I'd kill to be lark, that way my sleeping pattern would match society's. Once I'm out of college, I'm looking for a night shift job.

I cannot sleep at night either for the same reason. My mind races. An average day for me is go to sleep at 4 am, get up at 10am or earlier, go to work for about 12 hours, go home and eat and play video games or what have you until 4 am when I go back to sleep.

They say people who have A typical sleep patterns that have no mental issue attached can easily cure them with working out. Even a light work out can do wonders for helping people sleep. A lot of the reason people have sleep problems is because they don't exert energy during the day.

But why can I sleep so well in the morning? >.>
Though that is true; lack of exercise does affect sleep.

She Shoots...She Scooores!!!!
So yeah, I got an extension on my mobile phone bill repayment because I couldn't pay it by the due date...
Anyway, I was a few days late paying on the extension and I went to pay it last week and guess what? I couldn't anymore because I missed the 'payment deadline'.
Jeez, it was only 4 days overdue and I was about to pay it out...but nope, I couldn't now because the matter had been sent to their lawyers.
Making it so I couldn't pay the bill the day after it fell due was a real low, b'tard act. This is just another way people exercise control over you and make you do their bidding. It's like this whole system of business is 'let's see who can screw who over the fastest'.
So, I got a letter from their lawyers today saying they will be taking on the case..yada...it was only $200...then they added all their fees onto that, so my initial bill of $200 was now $800 (after I already paid fricken $500 off it since it was taken over by a debt recovery firm)....that $700 mobile phone was about to jump up to $1500 and I was not about to let that happen...
So, today I contacted them with this, basically...
Dear leech....I am on the Pension because I am clinically insane...you can go check that if you want...
Now, whose fault was it that somebody from a telephone company allowed a mentally unstable person to enter into a contract, when it was obvious she didn't know what she was doing? It certainly wasn't mine.
So, they just gave me a credit reputation warning and dropped the whole bill....I mean, it's not like I would ever be able to get a fricken loan anyway...and I learned my lesson from all this...
"If one cannot immediately afford something, do not buy it".

Yeah, I had trouble sleeping for almost a year after I had my first terrible bout with insomnia and for a while after I quit my pills I couldn't sleep well at all for several days without them. I've been almost cured, but my sleeping pattern is still very irregular; I first started sleeping at 3 or 4 in the morning, and now it's been delayed to around noon and then to 2 in the afternoon out of nowhere haha.

Ugh, sleeping patterns are a pain. -.-
It's such a burden having a sleeping pattern that's naturally nocturnal for whatever reason. IDK why, I can only sleep during the day.
When I'm out of college, I'm finding a night shift job.

Haha I go to bed at between 4 and 6 in the morning then get up for work at 9. My doctor says he thinks I have a mental pattern that requires less sleep then normal. I disagree.

That's crazy. I wish I could afford to have less sleep.
But eh, I like sleeping so it's not so bad.

I also love sleeping. Sometimes I will crash out for almost a whole day which is why I think my doctor is mistaken about my need for sleep.

I have 8AM classes and I commute, so my sleep looks like 12AM-5AM every morning. In the summer I'm definitely a crack of noon kind of guy.

I love sleeping too, to the point that I once slept for more than 25 hours just falling asleep over and over again whenever I got up. Lately I've just been sleeping between 7 and 8 hours a day for some reason though, which is weird as I usually slept over 10 hours a day before my sleeping pattern got way out of whack.

Yeah, I was in the hospital for a few weeks and the food there tasted like horse dung dried out on the deepest reaches of the Gobi Dessert, so I spent the whole day just napping the whole time not eating anything, and when prompted to get up I told the guy there to go screw himself and just went back to sleeop.
That 16 hours is still somewhat impressive, however, as I presume you've never been put in a situation where you were away from home for a long time and had little to no time to invest in your hobbies and day-to-day activities or anything.

No, I haven't. I went to sleep at something like 11:30 PM and woke up at 3:30 PM. I missed all of AM. XD

Yeah, even though I can be found sleeping more than 10 hours a day regularly I can't say I've gone 2/3rds of the entire day laying nigh comatose like that. If it's just a contest of how long you can stay asleep without interruption you'd probably have me beat, as I don't remember once sleeping past 14 hours straight.

Yay, achievement unlocked.
My friend once slept for over 24 hours straight after going on a 2 day WoW binge.

Lmao he must've been pretty damn fatigued. Can't say that ever happened to me just out of overexerting myself or anything, but when I was really shooting for slimming down to 150 lbs (which I managed to achieve after a few months) I once pushed myself a little far when I was almost like 200 lbs and ran all the way out of town and walked the way back, probably like a 6-7 mile distance in total. Had me under for a day and a half because my muscles wouldn't stop aching haha.

I sing when I duel but to be honest I know it annoys people.

That **** went under the pretense that you were the byatch, foo'! Shows what you know.
But yeah, that's meaningless if I just take out a gun with so much as three shots, shoot each one at a random direction 2 inches from my individual ears, and while I'm deaf I then shoot you in the head.
