D&D: Angel Template?

Though I'm not new to the D&D realm, I haven't really done any research on the templates for the Angelic type race. I've been wanting to start up a campaign for Dungeons and Dragons, and was hoping to get Angels into the mist, but needing to find the templates.

I thought to come here because this site seems to have many helpful people willing to do things for each. So my question to the Pojo community of Dungeons and Dragons is if there is an Angel template, and are there also Half-Angel templates for people to use if they wanted to make a character based off them. Any form of help is appreciated.

The Deva race has some encounter powers while playing a Invoker class that sommon Angels as well as a power that lets you grow angel wings until the end of the encounter and gain fly 8 hover 8 spaces. Plus the deva race seems to have small wings on it's back any way so it gives you a feeling of an angle to an extent, even though all Devas strive to try becoming demie gods. But playing a Deva race with the Invoker class lets you start sommoning angels to fight at your side. First angle you get as an invoker is a fire angle at 1st level. You get to sommon more of angles as you go up in level and contral a angle of victory at level 29.

Over all it is a fun build to play and the at will sommon lighting powers are pretty cool as well.
