Decks looks cool, would probably make a few changes to it myself though. My main question is why are you running Rock the Wall? You can use battleraizer as your starter and then shuffle it back in so that you don't lose a trigger. Taking it out opens up room for you to run an extra grade 1 or 2 in its place.

well i use it as my starting VG to make a bigger soul, for Invincible's Mega Blast. But I was struggling with the #s in the G2s so that could be something interesting to try out.
I've never tested this deck before since i don't have any of the set 2 cards yet but with set 1 rock the wall as a starter was working out pretty well.
(it annoys me that i cant use indents with the tab button on here -.-)
what would be other changes you would make?
personally im not sure about having just 2 Magician girls it seems like it would not show up most of the time and the 2 king of swords seems lacking as well i just cant find room

in vanguard you usually run 4 of anything you cant search.
if you are only playing best of 1 no crit triggers is ok as they dont know it possibly but if you run 0 and they know it your vanguard attack has no potential to do 2+ damage and isnt very scary and allows your opponent to math out their defense well. if you dont want to run 4 put 2 in just to keep them on edge. though this may depend on your opponents play style if it will mater or not.
I would run queens if you are going to use kings as 20k is good against a fair amount in set 2 meta if not drags, SB, or kaiser. i would drop the mechanics or shouts for it depending on what you change, mechanics if you dont need to flip or shouts if you think you can draw what u need.
g2 jacks work for 1 turn of the game and if you boost them or not your opponent is probably taking the damage anyways especially if they know you have no crit in your deck. drop them and make the rest of your g2s up to 4 or add some more ones
g3 lion heat looks cool but with that jacks and the magicians you are lucky to use him 1 time a game and if they hit a trigger and boost their van its pretty useless. much better off defensibly using kaiser as an 11k or invincible to get more cb for magicians or wait till death metal droid comes out.
set 2 novas interesting build is going 3 heavy and running death army with king and queen to get lots of swings in using kaiser as van. with the right field 1 g3 trigger can get you 2 more 10k block swings which is fun. though set 2 nova still has no consistency and only works well half the time.

taking out 2 lucky girl for 2 red lightning
I do love when i get the king and queen combo but its so rare and hard to get so that why i prefer running Brutal jack instead of that combo since i can get 20+ as long as its boosted. I also dont have issues with the CB since there would be the clay dolls and Mr. Invincible and now the red flash to un-flip dmg.
For lion heat the simple reason im running it is to make kaisers effect go off more and of course his one ability which im sure that i could get off with all the unflip cards i have. But yes i was thinking about the issues i would have running jacks, Magician girls and lion heats but im going to test and see first.

You might consider taking out some draw triggers if you feel that you could go without those, since they only offer 5k defense on their own and you already have several sources of draw. I've tried a draw-heavy approach playing this sort of deck and I find myself grimacing in frustration each time I drew a G3 that would have helped offensively (and not defensively unless you drop them for a Null Guard). In that scenario I concluded that too much Draw can be counteractive to the winning image, so to speak, but I really like the extra cards, honestly >.<
So I might suggest:
-2 Three Minutes, +2 Red Lightning. I'm probably gonna make the same changes to the deck list I suggested in my Guide. Better to see more damage often than Draw since it's always welcome really.
Also, -1 Clay Doll Mechanic, + 1 Screamin' and Dancin' Announcer, Shout.

draw triggers only have 5k guard because they draw you another card and as long as it isnt a g3 you get at least 5 k guard. bushi did this so draw wasnt OP on defense at 10k guard giving the opportunity to get 20k guard from 1 effect, plust the 5k boost for a turn

the reason i have the draws is that i find my self lacking in hand advantage most of the time and wanted to help that.
i proxied up the deck and had a few games with it and found that NGM and Magician Girl have to low a power, that another thing i was worried about,
im thinking of taking out the Magician Girls altogether and bumping the king of swords back up to 4, what do you guys think

Id definatley consider keeping a couple of teched NGMs as they work pretty well against Silent Tom. They don't exactly stop set 2 OTT in its tracks but they force them into kill him in order to make their Toms more effective again.
Just make sure that you have enough counterblast effects to make the most of the Nova flipping mechanic but not too many that you find yourself limited for choice. Magician girl seems like a good card to get you that hand advantage you are after; the lack in offensive capability is just there to balance the effect. I would have though that 4 brutal jack is all the beat-down you could ever want.
Overall Id probably drop an NGM for a King if you are really having issues with low attack, but I really like the superior interceptors while Silent Tom is in play.
Also I think the main problem with draw triggers that puts people off using them is that they are awful to draw into. Unlike the other triggers which act as a solid shield even if you don't get their effects off, draws really are just fodder cards. As long as you have some way of cycling them off however (Shout or Null Guards) then I cant see much of problem with running 4 in here.
