COTD Review Suggestions Needed
Avast ye scurvy dogs...we the reviewers of Pojo need some information, and we'll be paying 'ye for it as well...
Here's what I'm looking for...
I want to see what game pieces you guys want to see reviewed coming up in the next couple weeks.
We're still two months away from the next set being released, and there's still quite a few game pieces we can take a look at before PIRATES OF THE BARBARY COAST hits...
But you guys gotta tell me what you want to see.
To make it interesting I'll give a prize away.
Basically what I want is for you guys to post the top 5 game pieces that you think we should review. I'll take all your suggestions, put them in a spreadsheet...take the 10 best ships and crew and do another poll like I did last time.
So list the top 5 ships/forts you want to see reviewed and the top 5 NAMED crew you want to review.
Remember we don't review basic crew (which includes chainshot/firepot/stinkpot specialists), events or treasure. We only review named ships and named crew members.
Try not to choose pieces that have the same ability as ones we've already done.
Everyone who submits a list will have their name placed in a hat. One (or maybe two) winner will receive a special game piece out of my personal collection - AUTOGRAPHED by WildWill himself. This will be a one-of-a-kind item which you can keep for your collection or sell on Ebay...I'll even throw in a printed certificate of authenticity. Heck I might even let you pick the ship off my doubles list!
One post per person please.
Thanks.

Come on 14 views and no one posts? No one wants a ONE OF A KIND autographed Ship?
BTW - we're looking at the first two full weeks of September for the reviews.

Personally I'd like to see some French Pieces reviewed as well as some one masted ships
La Ville de Paris
La Dauphin Royal
St. Pierre
La Superbe
Capitaine Gaston de St. Croix
La Cleopatre
Le Colibri
Le Bon Marin
Paradis de la Mer
Le Pique
Madame LaFontaine
La Possession
Le Mercure
I'd like to see these get a review at some point or another. Or even an event here and there, never seen them yet so it'd be pretty keen to know how they can work.

Well, I'm fairly new, but I have a few things from my recent purchase that I wouldn't mind having reviewed. I've also culled a couple of promising candidates from the WizKids card galleries.
Zephyr
Thomas Gunn the Younger + Thomas Gunn the Elder
Arabella
La Victoire
Tiger
Jean Laffite
El Neptuno
Black Swan
Neptune's Hoard
That's it, for now, but I may well be back!

How about a review of some of the ghost ships. The Deliverance? Or how about reviewing some of the American ships, Constitution, Enterprise, Chesapeake, Carolina. I'm curious to see what a good American fleet would look like.

Wow, that was an awful lot of suggestions from only a few people. I've narrowed down the list, and BOY were there a lot of French on there.
Anyway...thanks a lot, and the following people are in the drawing for the one of a kind autographed ship...
The Great Fuzzball
Biggie
Captain Jericho
Valen Ravess
Ckirkman
Topnwe
I'll let you guys know who wins later tonight or tomorrow.
