Stardust Dragon + Starlight Road
My buddy says, if you Special Summon Stardust with Starlight Road you can only use Stardust Negate effect once and he doesn't come back from the grave, cause he wasn't Synchro'd summon. Is this true?
Also
Player A Summons Zombie Master
Player B Activate Solemn Judgment
Can I special summon Zombie Master from the grave?

1) That is correct.
2) Yes, you can.

It is true.
It must have been properly summoned (In this case, synchro summoned) to be special summoned at all.

It's correct, it's basic gameplay mechanics for all synchros (among other things), it has been asked extensively in the past, and you could have found it with the search function.

if a monster wasn't properly special summoned via ritual, fusion, synchro, inherent, then it cannot be revived at all.

That's true if, and only if, we're talking about Ritual, Fusion, Synchro and Special-Summon-only-by monsters. My Normal Summoned Cyber Dragon can be revived just fine.

every time i explain something, someone just has to twist it around huh? there are some inherent special summon monsters that can't be revived if they were not properly special summoned. Cyber Dragon is not one of them.
take Dark Necrofear for example, you can't special summon it from the graveyard if it's in there because it was never properly special summoned via its effect of removing 3 fiends.
here, learn about it more to anyone that wants to know;

The issue here, of course, was that you didn't say special-summon-only monsters, but inherent special summons.
Cyber Dragon/Archlord Krystia/Whatever have the ability to be inherently special summoned just as much as special summon only monsters like Chaos Sorcerer/Dark Necrofear/Whatever.

Everything above is true however cards that say this card cannot be special summoned EXCEPT by... cannot never be special summoned from the grave.

Read the rulebook. Read the rulings. Read the sticky "Rulings FAQ: PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING!" Use the search function. If you ask a question without doing so, you are an idiot and will be treated as such.

He doesn't. That's Skully's job. But if you had posted accurately, we would not be having this discussion, now would we?

When posting in these forums, anyone who doesn't post accurately, or without enough information will be corrected. Doesn't matter whom. I don't understand your second sentence.

Check other threads in this section, posts with inadequate information are corrected (has been done to me a few times). It isn't a dig at the poster it is just important with rulings that people cannot misinterpret what is said as it could lead to them giving wrong information to other. Also it could be a long time before they are corrected and may play incorrectly until then.
