Hi Asherpotter gave me permission to fix his reptile deck please tell me what it needs for it is a bit old. And some of the cards have been banned please tell me what needs replacing

So you inherited a Snake Deity turbo capitalizing on Skreech and Trade In. One of the bigger flaws of your deck is that your monster base could use some stability as you may face some trouble utilizing non-Reptiles. With the recent support from the SOVR/ABPF, there are Reptiliannes that provide a nice number of Dark Reptiles (save one member). This allows you to use the speed that Allure of Darkness provides, plus you get more monsters that can still accelerate your strategy.

Reptilianne Gardna is a LV4 0/2000 Water Reptile which acts like a Sangan, but adds any Reptilianne monster from the deck to your hand. Reptilianne Vaskii is a LV8 Reptilianne which can only be Special Summoned if there are two or more 0 Attack monsters on the field to tribute, but can destroy a face-up monster per turn. They fit perfectly with that current strategy. I would include Reptilianne Naga since it gives you another 0 Attack Dark Reptile and makes monsters that battle it become 0 Attack while not dying by battle (however it will force itself to Attack position at your End Phase, but that still works out with Damage = Reptile).

If you are not relying on Normal Support and if you do not care about Gagagigo's 1850 Attack, you could run Oshaleon as a Water Reptile to add Gardna, Naga, or Vennominon to your hand when its destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard.

Viper's Rebirth is a splendid option to a Snake Deity deck as it provides a Normal Spell that can revive a non-tuner Reptile if you are only using Reptiles -- that monster gets destroyed at the end of the turn (thus not having to rely on Limit Rebirth all the time). Also Offering to the Snake Deity is an awesome trap for Reptiles that I expected to see here (I am putting 2 here, due to the lack of space and think you should try out some of the suggested cards). Do yourself a favor and include it. Also, I would suggest to add good stuff like Torrential Tribute, while removing the banned Crush Card Virus.

I think now you will have a more robust monster now that interacts better, while giving a higher chance to have a crazy large Ananta or Snake King/Deity. Below is a sample list of these changes:
