...Wait. He bit through your shirt? As in, made a hole in your shirt?
Kid must've had some sharp-ass teeth.

No, he didn't tear the shirt, but he still somehow broke skin.
I think he was actually part shark.

YES.
Rocko is the only kids' show I know of that has had episodes censored or even banned for sexual innuendo, so you know it's great.
I watched pretty much anything on Nickelodeon. CatDog, Kablam!, Hey Arnold, Spongebob, Doug, Angry Beavers, Rugrats, all of that.
I also vaguely recall some short-lived, really bizarre cartoon from the mid-late '90s that I really liked, about a bunch of little blue people who dressed like janitors and had jetpacks and stuff. I'm honestly surprised I don't remember more about it.

It didn't top because fluff didn't play them at the jump.
If fluff plays them, its all over.

Rugrats was my favorite, but I have so many shows.
Some of the collections I have:
Invader Zim complete series
Angry Beavers complete series
Kenen and Kel complete series
Pokemon Season 1 and soon to be season 2 (I ordered it, haven't gotten it yet)
Power Rangers season 1, 2 and 3
Digimon season 1 and 2.
I'm kinda godly.
Lol.

Indeed you are!

Is the Power Rangers the ones with Kimberly (Pink Ranger)?
Also Kenan and Kel was hilarious, where did you find it?

You're forgetting every other cartoon Nick aired during the 1990s.

I didn't list them, being they aren't cartoons. Nevertheless, both entities dealt massive pwnge.

hahaha yeah those Scooby + Scrappy episodes were really cool . I also was a fan of some of the latter Scobby Doo specials (or post original series stuff) that feautured celebritiy guests, etc. and those older movies (mainly the red shirted Shaggy + Scooby + Scaggy ones), etc. The newer Scobby Doo (aka the re-done monstrosity of a show and the latter movies), they have around nowadays is a whole different story, imo.

I was a pretty big fan of the mid-90s Nicktoons starting with the originals; Doug, Rugrats, and Ren & Stimpy. Rocko's Modern Life, AAAAH! Real Monsters, Hey Arnold, and Angry Beavers followed after that and I enjoyed them all.
On the Cartoon Network, my favorites including Dexter's Laboratory, 2 Stupid Dogs, and that program that would show the old school Space Ghost and Herculoids shorts.
I also loved Fox's saturday morning line up that featured X-Men and Spider-Man. I want to say Batman TAS was on there as well but I remember it bouncing around different networks. Regardless, it was a great show (best Batman show ever, hands down).
With all that said, my top two favorite cartoons were Duck Tales and the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Couldn't get enough of them. I even wore a couple of my VHS tapes out and had to buy new ones to replace them.

Darkwing Duck
Dragonball Z
LOVED Monkey Magic even though it did not last long
Pokemon for first few seasons then it got annoying and stupid
but best of all
TMNT Original Animated..Not this new stuff that is on TV past few years but the originals..Anyone who remembers that will agree
Additional Comment:
Biker Mice from Mars was also good
