Except he is still the third strongest Captain. Therefore he can cause serious damage to the opponent for a short time. Therefore he isn't as useless as say Twerpshiro.

Get over it.
He might have some bad battles but he still managed to beat them in the end, even giving Gin a run for his money, exception being Harribel of course. |

I really doubt Gin was taking that battle seriously. If it hadn't been for Rangiku Gin woulda made Twerp kabobs with his sword.

My dislike of Toshiro seems from he is a "tactical genius" yet he fails at every tactical situation he is in. He is a talented fighter, and has amazing potential, but he is not a tactical genius.

Alright, we get that, but bringing it up every 5 seconds can be really annoying. Especially since he isn't going anywhere, so there's a possibility of you bringing it up every 5 seconds for many months. He is what the creator has made him.
